My overall opinion is that of satisfaction. The carers are always cheerful, even when the weather is atrocious. The weekly shopping is carried out efficiently, which has provided a godsend as my usual shopper can no longer come. All in all, I have a few complaints, which I have listed in the survey.

The office-based staff are equally professional. If ever I need to call the office, the response is quick and considerate.
Mum is at home on palliative care. The care she has received from Apollo staff has made a hugely positive difference to the quality of her life at this time and, for this, we are most grateful.
Those doing the day-to-day management at South Liverpool branch, organising visits, planning care and training, are doing a great job to ensure standards are maintained.
I would recommend Apollo Care South Liverpool as I really am grateful for the hard work their staff do usually with a joke and a smile. Thank you.
