They offer clients a package of care to suit their needs and can supply support and advice to clients. The aim is to enable clients to remain as self-caring as possible, providing assistance when required.

All staff are checked and vetted through DBS and references. Care staff are matched to clients enabling Apollo Care to create a good service user/carer relationship.

Apollo Care (West Wirral) recognises it is not just the client who requires support but also the families or individuals who support them. They can also provide a befriending service to offer respite to the carer.

They understand each service user has their own interests, personal likes and dislikes and their aim is to brighten up their day and offer support when friends and family are unable to.”

The carer was punctual and polite to both myself and my mother. She answered my questions efficiently and was able to help me with changes to my weekly rota. Would definitely recommend Apollo Care.

The manager and the carers have always been very responsive and supportive of my mother's needs. Some carers have also become good friends with my mum. Many thanks for your continued service that has enabled my mother to live in her own home and which provides me with an overall peace of mind that she
is being well looked after.

I feel we were very lucky to find Apollo for their care services for Mum. They had been highly recommended and have not disappointed. Their staff and admin are excellent. Their clients review policies are very good and provide valuable feedback both for family and for the carers. The never hesitate
to ring or email with a concern and so we feel very reassured. They quickly organise to take Mum for a hospital visit or anything we have asked, outside the planned visits. Also, the carers bring much joy to her life, both for doing the essentials, having nice chats, and also taking her for a short drive to 'see the sea' or have a coffee.

Pleasantly surprised considering some of the horror stories we've heard relating to some of the home care services on offer. My elderly mother is very happy with the service she receives from Apollo which is all that matters!

The service my mother has received from Apollo has been excellent. They have always accommodated any change of regular visits and attended extra times on request. They also contact me with any concerns about my mother as soon as possible.

Hannah has been working within the health and social care sector for over 20 years. She has worked in many roles from a care assistant, care coordinator, and manager before becoming managing director of Apollo Care (West Wirral) in 2013.


Hannah is qualified in Level 5 management of services for adults and oversees the safe running of the business. Hannah also ensures she carries on delivering care work so she is in touch with the clients and care staff needs. Being seen in the community helps to maintain and encourage lines of communication and understanding with service users and their families.
