Apollo Care (West Wirral)

Our elderly, disabled mother viewed her carers as her friends, a tribute to the warmth and respect with which they supported and cared for her. My brother and I will always be grateful for Apollo’s responsiveness, patience and guidance in helping us to adjust to Mum’s decline into dementia, and manage (for nearly five years) my mother’s care needs. We both live a long way from Mum and were particularly impressed that Apollo kept us well informed and used initiative to deal with issues promptly to ensure Mum’s continued safety and wellbeing. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found such a high level of professionalism and commitment to caring.

The carer was punctual and polite to both myself and my mother. She answered my questions efficiently and was able to help me with changes to my weekly rota. Would definitely recommend Apollo Care.

The manager and the carers have always been very responsive and supportive of my mother's needs. Some carers have also become good friends with my mum. Many thanks for your continued service that has enabled my mother to live in her own home and which provides me with an overall peace of mind that she is being well looked after.

I feel we were very lucky to find Apollo for their care services for Mum. They had been highly recommended and have not disappointed. Their staff and admin are excellent. Their clients review policies are very good and provide valuable feedback both for family and for the carers. The never hesitate to ring or email with a concern and so we feel very reassured. They quickly organise to take Mum for a hospital visit or anything we have asked, outside the planned visits. Also, the carers bring much joy to her life, both for doing the essentials, having nice chats, and also taking her for a short drive to 'see the sea' or have a coffee.

Apollo are fabulous. The carers are reliable, trustworthy, punctual and the office always contact me if there are any concerns that have been passed on regarding my Mum.

Pleasantly surprised considering some of the horror stories we've heard relating to some of the home care services on offer. My elderly mother is very happy with the service she receives from Apollo which is all that matters!

The service my mother has received from Apollo has been excellent. They have always accommodated any change of regular visits and attended extra times on request. They also contact me with any concerns about my mother as soon as possible.
