SureCare Rugby and North Warwickshire provides a care service to people in their own homes, supporting them to remain as independent and active as possible. The committed staff team carries out a full needs assessment for each client to ensure the service they receive is appropriate and tailored to their individual requirements. Clients can be reassessed as often as necessary to ensure they always receive the best care possible. Clients are also supported and encouraged to remain active in their local community, made possible thanks to SureCare’s partnership with external services and health professionals.

A range of services is available, including: home services, such as gardening and laundry; home care, such as assistance in and out of bed and support with personal care; respite and holiday care; and care for those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

I called SureCare Rugby looking for emergency cover for my parents, while my mother was recovering from a serious fall. They responded extremely quickly, built confidence with me and my parents that they were the right people for the job and had someone at the house in days. The care that has been
delivered has been exemplary and exactly what was needed. SureCare continues to provide ad hoc support for my parents, who always look forward to the visits. I would highly recommend them.

I am extremely pleased to have joined SureCare for my personal care and support. The girls are all trained to work together. SureCare training is excellent. The team all sing from the same hymn book.
I am so relaxed now, feel that I am a member of the SureCare family.

I have used SureCare several times and find their care excellent. The carers are very experienced at the needs of my mum. They show compassion and understanding towards her. They are always cheerful when they look after mum and very gentle and respectful. She is very happy with all they do for her.

Needing some help after I had a hip replacement and being unable to care for myself properly, I had a terrible experience with another care company. SureCare them took over my package of care. I feel human again. The care staff are always polite, respectful and compassionate. They offer me choices and
help me stay independent. Nothing is too much trouble, they made me very happy and their company enjoyable.

Amazing. All care staff have been selected to suit my son's needs. They all go above and beyond. They encourage his independence and enable him to live a full and satisfying life. This, as a Mum, gives me peace of mind to know he is safe and enables me to enjoy life. We both now have our independence

While on holiday in South Africa, SureCare visited on a daily basis. These visits were to make sure, on mine and my daughter's behalf, that my wife was looked after.
My wife got on with the carers and got to know and trust them.
SureCare will be used again and I can recommend their service, 'Brilliant'.

From the very first day, Surecrae has provided a reliable and charming service. The Carers have all treated my parents with great kindness and good cheer. The house is now clean, they are eating every morning and we know the day has started with a friendly face.

The agency has provided 16 hours of care a week for my elderly and infirm mother. The carer has developed and maintained an excellent relationship with my mother. She is very aware of changes in her physical and mental activity and has adjusted her approach accordingly. She has communicated very effectively

Very good service provision and carer. On time, supports and helps my needs in the home or on shopping trips. Assists me to put some order to my bungalow during weekly routine, cleans and tidies up although this wasn't in the original support plan for my needs.
