My mother recieved excellent care from SureCare in the last months of her life. All of the carers were thoughtful, considerate and genuinely caring. Mum had trust in them and developed a heart-warming rapport with them. There is no doubt that Mum was treated with dignity, and the care she received enhanced the last months of her life. I would strongly recommend SureCare to anyone.

It would be so helpful and easier if you only had about three main people or four so that you knew beforehand each day who you were going to see. Everyone I have had has been extremely helpful in every way.

I always look forward to my care arriving and have a cuppa ad a chat. They are helpful and take me to apportionments at the hospital and doctors. They do anything they can to help.

As soon as I spoke to the receptionist/administrator I knew they would be fantastic. The care for my husband returning from ICU in hospital after Sepsis and COVID were exemplary. The appointed carer showed a wonderful understanding of the situation through knowledge, patience and humour. I would definitely recommend SureCare. I can't thank them enough.

I called SureCare Rugby looking for emergency cover for my parents, while my mother was recovering from a serious fall. There are times in life when you simply cannot improve upon perfection and the last three years with SureCare has just been perfection personified and we cannot thank you all enough. A brilliant team providing a fantastic service.

I have used SureCare several times and find their care excellent. The carers are very experienced at the needs of my mum. They show compassion and understanding towards her. They are always cheerful when they look after mum and very gentle and respectful. She is very happy with all they do for her.

Needing some help after I had a hip replacement and being unable to care for myself properly, I had a terrible experience with another care company. SureCare them took over my package of care. I feel human again. The care staff are always polite, respectful and compassionate. They offer me choices and help me stay independent. Nothing is too much trouble, they made me very happy and their company enjoyable.

Amazing. All care staff have been selected to suit my son's needs. They all go above and beyond. They encourage his independence and enable him to live a full and satisfying life. From the very first day, Surecrae has provided a reliable and charming service. The Carers have all treated my parents with great kindness and good cheer. The house is now clean, they are eating every morning and we know the day has started with a friendly face.
