SureCare Rugby and North Warwickshire provides a care service to people in their own homes, supporting them to remain as independent and active as possible. The committed staff team carries out a full needs assessment for each client to ensure the service they receive is appropriate and tailored to their individual requirements. Clients can be reassessed as often as necessary to ensure they always receive the best care possible. Clients are also supported and encouraged to remain active in their local community, made possible thanks to SureCare’s partnership with external services and health professionals.

A range of services is available, including: home services, such as gardening and laundry; home care, such as assistance in and out of bed and support with personal care; respite and holiday care; and care for those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Always find the carers are understanding of my Stepson's needs. Always ready to get him in a good mood. always clean and tidy and leave the home as they found it. Always keep me informed of any changes that may occur or if they feel my Stepson's needs are changing. Staff are always helping him to gain
more independence and self-confidence in himself.
