SureCare Rugby and North Warwickshire provides a care service to people in their own homes, supporting them to remain as independent and active as possible. The committed staff team carries out a full needs assessment for each client to ensure the service they receive is appropriate and tailored to their individual requirements. Clients can be reassessed as often as necessary to ensure they always receive the best care possible. Clients are also supported and encouraged to remain active in their local community, made possible thanks to SureCare’s partnership with external services and health professionals.

A range of services is available, including: home services, such as gardening and laundry; home care, such as assistance in and out of bed and support with personal care; respite and holiday care; and care for those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

SureCare has given wonderful support to my mum, who has Alzheimer's and lives at home on her own. Without the support from SureCare, she would not be able to continue living at home. Her carers are always proactive, kind and understanding with her. At first, Mum did not want to have carers visiting,
but now she really appreciates their care and support and feels that they are her friends. Whenever there is a possible problem, I can contact SureCare, and get almost immediate responses. The service is well organised and managed. They really do prioritise the welfare of their clients. I cannot thank them enough for all that they are doing for Mum.

I can’t praise SureCare enough for the high-quality care, understanding and support they showed my parents and myself during the time they looked after Mum. From management to office staff to the carers - they were all so kind and always willing to go the extra mile. Any issues along the way were quickly
and efficiently dealt with. I felt that I could always pick up the phone and discuss anything with them, knowing that concerns or queries would always be listened to and sorted. Mum developed strong relationships with the carers, especially with her regular morning carer, who has kept in touch with us and who I’ll be always grateful for the love she showed both my parents. When the time came to move Mum into a care home - again we were shown support, give advice
and have had contact and care from the staff.
Thanks to the team, who have been our main points of contact. But thanks to everyone who has helped Mum along the way. We are so grateful.

I have POA for an elderly lady and have been anxious about finding the right company to come in and give her support at home when I'm not able to be around. SureCare was recommended to me, and I'm glad I found them. From the beginning, the staff I've had contact with have been friendly, helpful and
courteous. My emails are responded to quickly and helpfully. They are flexible - which is very helpful to me. My friend (the client) seems happy with the carer who visits, and she's not an easy lady to please! I would certainly recommend them.

I needed to call on SureCare for my mum, who suffers from Alzheimer's. The carers we had used were hit-and-miss, and my mum found it hard to communicate clearly. One lady came to meet us; she is bubbly, caring and incredibly human. She does her best to match your loved one with the most suited staff
member for their needs. They are very professional, accommodating and reliable. Most of all, they care.
I totally recommend them.

I approached SureCare, Rugby, in November 2022, having been badly let down by another care company, who, having been contracted to support my mother, withdrew two weeks before the start date, saying that their carers did not want to come out in the dark.
SureCare was friendly and accommodating from
the first contact. I am very grateful that they were able to fit us in at such short notice. They provided respite care at home for my mother for five weeks over Christmas, with three visits a day. All carers, and our contact person, were extremely caring and friendly at all times. If a carer was ill, another was sent as a replacement: they never let us down. I would recommend this company without reservation.

I employed SureCare to look after my mother in April 22, and although I used the service for a very short period, I was impressed with the high care service she received. SureCare displayed a very professional attitude and at the same time, showed genuine care towards my mother. Nothing was ever too
much trouble, and most importantly, someone from the company was always contactable - in person, which is unique in this day and age. I would without hesitation recommend this company for any similar type of care needs which may be required.

SureCare looked after my mum from August 2019 - January 2022 when she passed away at the age of 91. Most of this time she required four visits per day; the care my mum received over the two and a half hear period was second to none. The initial meeting with SureCare was very informative, so we felt
confident my mum's needs could be fulfilled. All the carers were professional and very competent in their care duties, and my mum considered them her friends. If required, it was always easy to contact SureCare at any time. As well as looking after Mum, SureCare were a big support to myself and the family at difficult times.

I am more than satisfied with SurCare. The carers are so helpful to me and my husband (who has the care. When I have had reason to phone the office, they are so lovely and caring about my requests I have. Recommended SureCare to a friend, who is delighted with the care she receives.

Outstanding! Surecare has truly been a lifeline to my mum and both myself and my sister. We have employed two other companies previously, and Surecare is by far the best care providers we've employed. It is the whole package that is so good. First the carers: they are all wonderful, of course, differing
in their personalities, but always professional and genuinely warm-hearted. We feel like Mum is being truly cared for (which is what you'd want!), they are professional, keep healthy yet flexible boundaries, they are patient and proactive. Both I and my sister feel very confident in the care that Mum receives, which is invaluable when she is a vulnerable adult. Secondly, the office staff: wow, they are also so kind and professional, compassionate and clear. The lines of communication are open and encouraging. They are open to feedback. We never feel like we're asking too much. They show care rather than just being "admin". 10/10! Couldn't recommend more!

My mother recieved excellent care from SureCare in the last months of her life. All of the carers were thoughtful, considerate and genuinely caring. Mum had trust in them and developed a heart-warming rapport with them. There is no doubt that Mum was treated with dignity, and the care she received enhanced

As soon as I spoke to the receptionist/administrator I knew they would be fantastic. The care for my husband returning from ICU in hospital after Sepsis and COVID were exemplary. The appointed carer showed a wonderful understanding of the situation through knowledge, patience and humour. I would definitely
