We had Otega as a live in carer for my Mum who has dementia for 2 weeks and she was lovely with Mum, doing everything for her and learning to trust Otega. You could see how much Otega was naturally caring with my Mum and treated her very well and with the utmost patience too, thank you.

The whole team at Home Instead Glasgow south office have been absolutely amazing - they love , care and attention to they provide is outstanding.

The two gents who do the 24 hour care are amazing. They both take care of David 100 per cent. They attend to all his needs and when I have gone to see David he is dressed immaculately. He is always clean and tidy.

They also do the housework and I must say it is the cleanest I ever saw it since David started using the service.

They also take David out and recently the have taken him to his Church.

David has settled in to being taken care round the click.

If there is a problem they will let me know immediately.

I can't fault the service.

Wonderful service provided for my grandad at such a short notice, carers very knowledgeable and professional and admin very empathetic. Great support at such a difficult time, especially with how prompt they organised everything!

Staff were incredibly helpful in answering any queries I had about care for my father, were incredibly attentive and patient with him.

Staff made the entire process quick and smooth and went above and beyond to help my father during visits.

Overall, I feel much more supported and less worried knowing I have this help in place.

Home Instead offer a very reliable and efficient service and keep me as the the solicitor/attorney of the person in need of care fully informed and re-assured that the cover is round the clock. The care pro's all seem to be very friendly and have a very mice manner with the person being cared for

Home Instead helped me with last-minute, short-term care need when my wife had to go abroad to visit her family. With my health issues, I struggled to keep on top of everything, and Home Instead removed that burden for me.

After calling, they arranged a consultation at my home within a couple of days, and I was able to get help straight away. My carer took care of tasks around the house, picking up essentials for me, and helped relieve the stress and pain I was feeling trying to keep things running at home while I was on my own.

I felt taken by surprise and a little depressed at realising my lack of independence, but the staff at Home Instead were incredibly nice, efficient, and made me feel looked after and never judged. Next time I need help to keep my life together, I won't hesitate to call them again.

For anyone out there looking for short-term or long-term support, I would highly recommend Home Instead.

Its a very reliable service which we could not now do without

Very pleased with the care provided to my Mum which allowed us to go on holiday for a week. The care provider put my Mum at ease from the start as it was the first time she had anyone outside of family caring for her. Nothing was too much trouble and the visit was long enough for her to do what was needed and also have a lovely chat. Have already booked in further visits to cover our upcoming holidays. Great service to allow families to have a break knowing their loved one is being well looked after.

Home Instead have been supporting my mum while my dad has been in hospital for the last few months. The care and admin staff are lovely. The service is very flexible and accommodating of changing needs. It has given me great peace of mind as I live in a different country and feel reassured that mum is being so well supported.

We've only been using the service for a few weeks now but we are delighted with the level of care mum has been given at every visit. The caters are wonderful and I really like that an update is put on the app each day. Home Instead have taken a lot of strain off my sister and myself as we had been finding things increasingly difficult to cope with .

We started using Home Instead for my wife to have someone with her while I was out two mornings a week. This has worked out very well since it commenced in February. the Care Pros always arrive on time and provide help in washing and dressing etc. Very pleased with the service.

Mum has been supported by Care Pros from Home Instead since November 2024. We have found the office team to be very helpful and responsive to changes in Mum's requirements, even at short notice. Mum has enjoyed the companionship of the Care Pros and the help they have given her to continue to lead the life she wants.
