I'm so glad I found Right at Home. They have been so understanding of my dad's situation and provided support to both of us from day 1.
My dad really enjoys his visits from his caregivers and always has positive things to say about the carers. They treat my dad with care and compassion and always give him a choice of what he wants to do and encourage different activities.
I spent a long time looking for help but none of the services seemed to fit our specific needs. Right at Home took care of that. Nothing is too much trouble and they were able to provide the exact support we need as they tailor their service to each client and this is what makes them unique and able to provide outstanding service. It gives me peace of mind that my dad is being well looked after when I'm not there.
I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone who needs help or support caring for someone with dementia or even providing companionship for a person with dementia.
100% happy with the service.
Thank you for your kind words which mean a lot. It is our absolute pleasure to support your Dad and all the team really enjoy his company.
Excellent service, would recommend to anyone.
Thank you for your kind words Peter.
From the first point of contact to date, both Mum and I have been treated with the utmost respect from the whole team who go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met.
I have total peace of mind that Mums needs are fully understood and met on every visit she receives. Essentially, Mums support is provided by two lovely ladies who have now got to know her on a more personal level and have gained an understanding of her needs, they treat Mum with such respect and kindness. Priceless!
The passion to deliver such outstanding service driven by the management team is very evident on every level and every request I have made has, without hesitation, been met. I wish I had found this agency years ago.
Thank you for your kind words Linda. It is an absolute pleasure to support you and your Mum.
I thought I didn't need help - how wrong was I. We have carers coming in morning and evening. They always greet us with a smile and talk to my husband before getting him ready for the day or bedtime. The carers are pleasant at all times, very caring and professional and always well presented. They always ask "is there anything I can do before I leave?".
They finish looking after my husband even after the allotted time to make sure that he and I are OK. I can get on with jobs while they are here but they know where I am if needed. I'm so glad I have made the decision to have Right at Home in our lives.
Thank you for your kind words. It is an absolute pleasure to help support you both and our team really enjoy their visits.
I am extremely pleased with Right At Home. From the very beginning, everybody we have had contact with has been kind, caring and very professional. A very detailed care plan was put in place prior to my mother's care package commencing, ensuring that all her needs would be met (physical and emotional). I cannot speak highly enough of this care agency, they are wonderful and I feel totally confident leaving my mum in the capable hands of her carer. I would highly recommend this agency.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service, Ann. It is our pleasure to help support your mother and we are delighted that you are happy with the care we provide.
The staff are very caring and professional. They take the time to listen to the client and deal with their every need. Also, they are reliable, trustworthy and will go the extra mile to help. Always punctual and arrive with a high spirit and willing to help. I would recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for your kind words we really appreciate that your review. It is our pleasure to help support your family.

Meet the Team (11)
Never has a name been more fitting for home care-at our core, my team and I truly do "Mean Well".
In a interview, I was once asked what I wanted to do with my life. Without hesitation, I answered. " I want to make a difference. "while I've successfully built two car rental businesses from the ground up and influenced many employees along the way, that core purpose has never changed.
After owning Right at Home Stockport and Didsbury, I had the unique privilege of delivering outstanding care in a community I've called home for over seventeen years. It allowed me to bring together skills I've honed in business with a personal mission: to make a real and lasting impact.
Due to the success for Right at Home Stockport and Didsbury, I've now taken on Right at Home North Cheshire and Leigh, expanding our reach and commitment to delivering exceptional person-centred care across even more communities.
Throughout my career, I've always demanding high standards of service-not just for the sake of business, but because I believe deeply in treating every customer with the Same dignity and respect we'd offer our own grandparents. That philosophy shaped my past businesses and now defines the way I lead in the home care sector. Providing compassionate, quality-driven care isn't just a goal-it's our promise.

After spending years working in retail I felt I wanted to do something more fulfilling and personally rewarding.
My family have extensive caring and nursing backgrounds and I see how rewarding that has been for them - I wanted to play my part in caring for others.
I decided to apply as a caregiver for Right at Home, and instantly knew that this was the place for me!
I thoroughly enjoy my job and the excellent team I have around me. I pride myself in the care I provide for my clients and the values that Right at Home stands for.
I have been with the company for just over 6 years, I am currently doing my NVQ level 3 in adult social care to further my career, and I am now also a part of the recruitment team for Right at Home.
Right at Home continues to support me in all aspects of my work, and personal life, and for that, I am truly grateful!
After taking care of my mother-in-law when she was terminally ill with cancer, she was overwhelmed with how I knew exactly what to do to help make things easier and more comfortable for her. One of her cousins who had never met me before actually thought I was my mother-in-law's nurse because of the way I cared for her, this was when my mother-in-law made me promise her that I would become a carer!
I kept my promise to her and became a carer 10 months after she passed away which was 15 years ago. I have never looked back since, my only regret is that I didn't become a carer sooner, I love everything about it, it's a very rewarding job, and I love to put smiles on my clients' faces. Working for the right company really makes a difference, I never feel like it's a job, it's just part of my day, part of my life to get up and visit my clients and take care of them. I have cared for a lot of people over the years. I remember each and every one of my clients I have loved and cared for...
I truly love my job
I started Right at home 6 months ago, it has been the best care company I have ever worked for. I have been working as a carer for a long time, I love the satisfying job role. I love to try and improve other people’s lives as I get a great sense of reward knowing I’ve tried my best to help others and it makes me feel valued. I have a wonderful relationship with the clients and I will go above and beyond and go that extra mile. I love chatting and having banter, I love them showing me pictures and telling me their stories from some time ago. I have a desire to look after people, it’s the most rewarding job I’ve ever had. I enjoy my work and you get to meet a lot of lovely families not only do you look after the service users, but you also look after their families. The best of it is supporting individuals by helping them to live in their own homes, I have so much compassion about my job.
My name is Linda and have been with the company for two and a half years now I wouldn't change it for anything else.
I worked for Mark's and Spencer's at Gemini, I trained as a master barista trainer and held the post for 26 years.
I retired in 2021, but I wanted to still keep busy while helping others, so I decided to apply to Right at Home, this is where my new chapter began. I love my Job, not only do I enjoy caring for our wonderful clients.
I love baking and have supported events at Right At Home. I also walked 8k for Alzheimer's last year at Tatton Park with some of the team and raised £745.
I really enjoy helping others and meeting new people. It's lovely when you gain trust in others and you know you are making a difference.
