My mum received the best possible personal care for the one week and the 2 carers used over the week were both professional, punctual and caring and hourly rate was very reasonable, no complaints and would not hesitate using again.

Overall, the service provided is commendable, with professional and caring staff. The service user appears satisfied with the care received. An area for improvement is ensuring that text messages and emails from agency clearly identify the sender for accountability. Given the small size of the agency, personalised communication (in the name of the sender is specified) would enhance the overall service experience.

I am very satisfied with Capital Healthcare Home Care. They are an efficient and caring agency and have always put the care and welfare of its clients first. They make sure that any problems or re-arrangement of shown appointments that have to be changed by the client are done as amicably as possible. They have always been a kind and caring agency and I am glad they look after me so well.

Mum has been receiving care from Capital Healthcare for just over 2 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the agency - both management and carers. The office is always easy to get hold of on the phone and is very efficient in adjusting Mum's care needs and informing carers. The carers themselves are amazing. they are kind, caring, and very supportive to both Mum and her family. We know we can completely trust them to carry out all Mum's personal care as she is now bedbound. I cannot express how grateful we are to have them look after our Mum.

The home care provided is very good. Our needs have always been met, with professional carers who listen to my husband and my needs. Our main carers are both very professional and happy to help in any way that is needed. Plus, since he had a fall, they are extremely caring and aware of his injuries, always being positive and patient in all aspects of the service they provide for him and me.

Timekeeping is very good and communication is very good. The carers are always pleasant and understanding and always respect my wife's feelings.

I have come to the end of my need for carers. Over the past five months, I have found them caring, kind and friendly, always on time. They come with a smile on their faces, which helps when I faced very challenging times. A couple stood out as being extremely good at the job. One I found, although all of the above comments applied to her heart really wasn't into the job. I will miss them all.

Service has been very good since December 2020. The girls are very friendly, polite and caring. I am treated with dignity and I look forward to them attending to me. Their timekeeping is very prompt on all services and they take great care of all my aspects of care. Extremely pleased with the service.
