Staff are very pleasant if there are any problems I contact the office and things are put right.

Bluebird help with Mum’s care needs and from initial contact through to actual caregiving the process has been very easy. All staff have been very friendly and helpful to deal with but most importantly great with Mum.

I can't praise the carers of Bluebird Care enough they were not only carer's to my husband but companions to myself and I would highly recommend the services that they provide.

My husband is very pleased with the care he receives and I am satisfied that all the carers who come to our home are helpful and very respectful.

Bluebird Care staff have shown a high level of professionalism and care in both the administrative side of the company as well as the carers themselves. The care plan has been updated regularly when requested, due to my mother's changing needs. They have calculated this well and the carers are aware of changes. Any concerns are raised with the office team and passed on to me. They are also willing to be flexible to my flexible working situation. Overall high standard of care and efficient office.

Bluebird Care have been excellent, right from day one. All carers are so helpful and friendly. Office staff always on hand if any problems. Recommend the company to anyone.
