Meet the Team (4)
As Care Manager, Dean is responsible for the operational running of the business on a day-to-day basis. This includes overseeing the recruitment and training of staff and ensuring the quality and safe delivery of our care services.
Dean holds a QCF Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management (Health & Social Care) and a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in H&SC Management.
Sophie is working towards her Level 5 qualification.
Terri joined our team in November 2017 as a carer and progressed to a supervisory role in July 2021.
She meets all of our new customers and is responsible for carrying out the assessments necessary to develop and agree on a person-centred care plan. She is also responsible for reviewing care plans and ensuring that they evolve alongside our customer's changing needs.
Terri holds a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Zoe joined us in 2018 as a supervisor, having worked in care for a number of years.
Now that she has moved into the role of Lead Coordinator, she is responsible for organising and scheduling care visits, matching the needs and requirements of our customers as closely as possible to the personalities and availability of our carers.
Zoe holds an ACF Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
