Right at Home (Bromley)

I am very happy with service. It's very reliable and my carer is very friendly and helpful. She is very well informed and watches over my general condition. She does all the housework very well and the laundry. She would also work with me which is a great aid to my general confidence after having had two hip operations. I am very satisfied with the Right at Home.

Very caring, willing + provide a good service.

All my visiting carers aid, assist, encourage and let me enjoy giving my opinions, observations with written comments as well. They all closely monitor my required diet, medications, and cleanliness from morning to negative. I relax at night with peace of mind: that permits sleep, in spite of my occupation induced applications and disabilities. I am very happy with the ladies and their generosity of particular, consideration and times my dignity is assured.

The service from the care team has been excellent. On occasions when my aunt was sick the girls were kind caring and concerned. I am immediately contacted if there is any problem with my aunts wellbeing ,this enables me to relax knowing she is well cared for always. I would highly recommend both the office staff and the care team.

All carers I met were extremely pleasant, caring and very easy to get on with. They arrived on time, communicated well and all in all, I couldn't fault any of them.

The service was excellent. Ladies were friednly and helpful. They did not charge I only had to on a regular basis. Nothing too much trouble for them. I completely recommend the service.

The care provided for my Mum was exceptional, they were kind, caring and so very thoughtful. They cared for Mum as if she was their Mum. Very impressed with the overall service.

RAH looked after my ex-husband until November 2024 when he suffered a stroke. I am so grateful for the care and attention they took. He was not the easiest person to look after, due to his ill health and state of mind. But they were completely non-judgmental, and made many adjustments to the care they provided in order to meet his, and our family's needs. Their person-centric approach meant that they took all feedback well and were willing to make a change if it was the right thing to do. In particular, I am thankful to three members of staff who we had the most interactions with. They went above and beyond on many occasions and for this and for the love and kindness they showed us all, I will always remember them and wish them well.

The care given to my mum was exceptional. She was treated with care, compassion and dignity throughout her journey. The carers always treated mum with respect and were able to make her smile. We are very grateful for everything Right at Home did for mum to make it possible for her to stay at home, which was her wish. Thank you.

One staff member in particular is a very nice lady. Another staff member is nice. She takes me places and office team are nice people and welcoming.

I am very happy with the care given. The carers are all always happy to do what needs doing and we always manage to have a laugh. It helps me to stay in my home and I am thankful for that.

We as a couple are so pleased with this company and the great love they have for my wife.

They do all tasks at each visit.

All staff are well trained, flexible, and very relaxed about dealing with 91-year-old moderately demented husband, with 24-hour care. This enabled him to stay at home- his dearest wish, and gave his wife much-needed help in caring for him. Became really good friends, and learned a lot from each carer about handling my husband's demands. Good company for both patient and wife. Highly recommended.

My Uncle has been receiving care from Right At Home for a while now. Since he was diagnosed with dementia he has had a carer assist him with taking him shopping, cleaning tasks, and companionship. We live over 200 miles away but know that he can continue to live safely and independently in his home due to the excellent service Right At Home provides us with. I can highly recommend the service to others.

Very, very happy with the service. My mum had the best possible care for the last month of her life. The girl looked after Mum in the most caring way possible, like their own family. The dignity they treated her with was second to none and I'd wished I'd use them before rather than struggle alone. They were so kind to me too, never making me feel I should be doing more and very loving and gentle to Mum. Highly recommend. Best possible care, also the same 2 girls which was a comfort to Mum.

I look forward to the visit of my carer who comes three times a week. She is here while I shower (to give me confidence) sees me do my balance exercises and provides friendship for an hour.
