Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
The Yorkshire and Humberside Healthcare Alliance have been caring for my mother for all of 2018. My mother has always suffered from a large number of medical conditions - both physical and mental.


This agency provides excellent care for my mother, (whose needs are very challenging) by providing

4 daily visits to my mother's house, and in my view, they go above and beyond what is expected of them.


They are also able to deal with my mother's dementia and sometimes aggressive behaviour with both ease and efficiency.


An example of their competence was after a recent hospital stay, the team spotted an error with her medication and the problem was dealt with immediately. Another example is that they wash and clean her and offer her the support that she needs. All this they do without ever complaining or ever showing any strain, at what is a truly thankless task that most people wouldn’t be able to do.


A massive thank you to all the amazing carers, who offer her dignity and kindness. Thank you!
