The care staff are kind and considerate and always talk to me about my needs giving me choices. They have never let me down and go over and above the call of duty. They have become my friends and allow my partner to have some time off each week. I feel quite safe in their hands and my partner has no worries when she goes out for the day.
Service was initially patchy but over the last few months with more regular staff it has improved and I would assess it as overall satisfactory.
We have employed Yorkshire and Humber Healthcare for just over two months. We found the staff very friendly and dealt with my father's needs, care and support satisfactory in all areas. The only issue I had was not receiving an invoice and costings for some time.
Initially, some problems using the service but these have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Now provides an excellent service, reliable and flexible. I really appreciate the help and care provided. Thank you.
My father gets on well with his carers. He is treated with dignity and is happy with his care.
I am happy with the standard of care and friendliness of the team. I am fully confident that he is safe and respected whilst I am away. They have never let me down.
Their work is good and speaking as her husband I would be lost without them.
I have met all of my mother's carers and find them to be diligent and very attentive to her needs. She enjoys the company and friendship that they bring.
I believe that she is well looked after.
The Yorkshire and Humberside Healthcare Alliance have been caring for my mother for all of 2018. My mother has always suffered from a large number of medical conditions - both physical and mental.
This agency provides excellent care for my mother, (whose needs are very challenging) by providing 4 daily visits to my mother's house, and in my view, they go above and beyond what is expected of them.
They are also able to deal with my mother's dementia and sometimes aggressive behaviour with both ease and efficiency.
An example of their competence was after a recent hospital stay, the team spotted an error with her medication and the problem was dealt with immediately. Another example is that they wash and clean her and offer her the support that she needs. All this they do without ever complaining or ever showing any strain, at what is a truly thankless task that most people wouldn’t be able to do.
A massive thank you to all the amazing carers, who offer her dignity and kindness. Thank you!
