All the carers are very good with my Dad. They have a lot to put up with as he can be quite rude. They are always willing to help with all the jobs.

The carers are friendly and efficient. They are very patient with Mum, even when she seems uncooperative. They carry out the tasks with respect and good humour. They are smart and comply with the regulations - not easy in these COVID times. Regularly, I receive a call from the office to make sure everything
is satisfactory - which it is. Any suggestions are dealt with sympathetically.

Just such a wonderful and reliable service. All carers are so professional and friendly. It gives my brothers and I great peace of mind that our mother is being well cared for. If carers have any concerns they will be passed to a co-ordinator who will contact us. My mother thinks the carers are wonderful.

Generally, mum is looked after very well. Some staff are very patient with her and have a chat with her (even though what mum says doesn't make sense). I have noticed some staff not interacting with mum. Mum is much more compliant if chatted to, cajoled and coaxed. HUmour is important too. The carers
leave mum clean and tody and well dressed.

The care staff are kind and considerate and always talk to me about my needs giving me choices. They have never let me down and go over and above the call of duty. They have become my friends and allow my partner to have some time off each week. I feel quite safe in their hands and my partner has
no worries when she goes out for the day.

We have employed Yorkshire and Humber Healthcare for just over two months. We found the staff very friendly and dealt with my father's needs, care and support satisfactory in all areas. The only issue I had was not receiving an invoice and costings for some time.

The carers visit my mother four times a day. They shower, feed, toilet her. They keep the flat clean and tidy, washing clothes and bedding. Medicines are administered every day.
I have met all of my mother's carers and find them to be diligent and very attentive to her needs. She enjoys the company
and friendship that they bring.
I believe that she is well looked after.

The Yorkshire and Humberside Healthcare Alliance have been caring for my mother for all of 2018. My mother has always suffered from a large number of medical conditions - both physical and mental.


This agency provides excellent care for my mother, (whose needs are very challenging) by providing

4 daily visits to my mother's house, and in my view, they go above and beyond what is expected of them.


They are also able to deal with my mother's dementia and sometimes aggressive behaviour with both ease and efficiency.


An example of their competence was after a recent hospital stay, the team spotted an error with her medication and the problem was dealt with immediately. Another example is that they wash and clean her and offer her the support that she needs. All this they do without ever complaining or ever showing any strain, at what is a truly thankless task that most people wouldn’t be able to do.


A massive thank you to all the amazing carers, who offer her dignity and kindness. Thank you!
