They are very helpful and do what I ask.
I feel the girls are overworked, and the lack of transport does not help.
Thank you.
The agency has given excellent care over the past 18-months during very difficult circumstances as a result of the pandemic. Carers have been kind, patient, tolerant and committed to a high standard of physical care. Despite the challenges, my mother being of very advanced age but strong opinions, they have been flexible, respectful and inclusive. I have felt very much 'part of the team' in meeting my mother's care needs and have also valued the encouragement and emotional support of the carers.
The quality of the service provided varies depending on the experience of the carer.
All the carers were very polite and did their job well. It is good to have them.
I find Yorkshire and Humber Healthcare Alliance a very excellent company. They always try to be on time and are always polite and respectful. They always put me first and I am always given a choice. The staff are respectful at all times. Other companies I have used are not on time and not respectful. Yorkshire and Humber Healthcare Alliance staff really care.
The carers and staff which come every day are always so pleasant and cheerful, and we always have a good laugh and joke with them, as they get on well with the job in hand. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They also arrange to come early when I have hospital appointments. I would like to thank them all on behalf of my husband and myself, as we couldn't have managed without them.
Very satisfied
Main carers are excellent and are now being used regularly which is better all around. Mainly on time unless there have been problems with a previous client. They are always polite, caring and friendly.
Always pleasant and professional but kind. They don't get paid enough as it is mostly physical work. Helpful with suggestions as to how to do things. Hats off to them, they have been here all through the pandemic.
All the carers are very good with my Dad. They have a lot to put up with as he can be quite rude. They are always willing to help with all the jobs.
The carers are friendly and efficient. They are very patient with Mum, even when she seems uncooperative. They carry out the tasks with respect and good humour. They are smart and comply with the regulations - not easy in these COVID times. Regularly, I receive a call from the office to make sure everything is satisfactory - which it is. Any suggestions are dealt with sympathetically.
Everyone is extremely pleasant and kind. Timing can be a bit erratic, probably due to lack of transport.
The carers who come into our home to look after my mum always treat our home with respect and treat my mum with care and dignity. I have always felt very supportive with the care for my mum.
I think it is very nice. I get on with all of them. I do not know what I would do without them.
Just such a wonderful and reliable service. All carers are so professional and friendly. It gives my brothers and I great peace of mind that our mother is being well cared for. If carers have any concerns they will be passed to a co-ordinator who will contact us. My mother thinks the carers are wonderful.
Very personable, easy to get on with staff and very helpful.
My carer - daily one hour to get me up/washed/dressed and fed. Weekly, shopping. As required - laundry/general cleaning. All done with cheerful efficiency.
Overall satisfactory care, sometimes very late arriving on occasion. No contact made to explain the reasons for late arrival.
Generally, mum is looked after very well. Some staff are very patient with her and have a chat with her (even though what mum says doesn't make sense). I have noticed some staff not interacting with mum. Mum is much more compliant if chatted to, cajoled and coaxed. HUmour is important too. The carers leave mum clean and tody and well dressed.
The care staff are kind and considerate and always talk to me about my needs giving me choices. They have never let me down and go over and above the call of duty. They have become my friends and allow my partner to have some time off each week. I feel quite safe in their hands and my partner has no worries when she goes out for the day.
