Rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission (June 2022), Radfield Home Care Bexhill, Hastings & Battle specialises in the care of older people in their own homes. They can support clients with a wide range of needs and offer a fully managed visiting and live in (24hr) care service. Visiting care packages (also called "home care") range from one or two visits per week to larger, seven day a week services requiring multiple visits per day. They also provide night care on a visiting basis.

The live-in care service (also referred to as "24hr care") is for people who have a high level of need or who need the reassurance of someone being available at all times. Live-in care is also very popular with couples as two people can be cared for together in a cost effective way.

Radfield Home Care Bexhill, Hastings & Battle is the first and only home care provider in the local area to be rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. They directly employ all their Care Professionals and train them to the highest standards, matching them to clients based on skills, interests and personality. Staff can provide support with:

- Personal Care
- Medication Administration
- Meal Preparation
- Shopping
- Housework and Laundry
- Companionship
- Leisure Activities

Both visiting care and live in care services are focused on keeping people safe in the comfort of their own homes, whilst improving their overall health and well-being. All care is provided on a one-to-one basis and is highly personalised.

With a background in adult social work, I have helped many older people live at home for as long and as independently as possible.

My career has been tremendously rewarding and inspired me to launch Radfield Home Care across Bexhill, Hastings & Battle.

The professional achievement I am most proud of is to have listened to people and prioritised their individual wishes when planning care. This approach is central to the way in which Radfield operates and ensures all our clients retain as much independence as possible.
