Myself and my son, the client, find the service very helpful. Without the help from our regular carer, we wouldn't be able to enjoy activities in the community. I also appreciate the help with care (personal). I find our regular carer polite and friendly, and also appreciate this help with keeping our home tidy.

All carers are helpful, polite, and they do their best. No complaints, always on time wherever possible.

I have found First Class Healthcare to be a competent and professional care company. My daughter has complex needs and enjoys going out to her favourite activities with the support of her carers from First Class. The carers have become familiar with using her alternative communication systems. I have found the vast majority of carers to be very dedicated. I found one carer to be less suitable for my daughter, so management sent an alternative carer.

My father started his care in September 2023. I have always found all carers to respect my father's wishes and treat him with dignity and care at all times and they are all very professional. The Manager and office staff have always addressed any issues immediately if any concerns have been raised. My father himself has always been happy with all of the carers that have visited him. I am very happy with the way the managers do their best to make sure my dad has continuity of carers as and when possible as that is important to him and myself as he suffers from dementia so this makes my dad feel comfortable and safe in his own home. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks my personal opinion if they were looking for care themselves. I personally have been a community carer for many years, so I know the importance of making a client feel safe and comfortable in their own home, and I can safely say First Class Health Care has achieved this at all times.

We had care from First Class Healthcare over the past eighteen months. The care provided was excellent. We had two main carers over this period who were extremely good at attending to our needs in a friendly and cheerful manner. Whenever they had days off they were always replaced by equally good staff. The manager always responded promptly to any requests for changes to our attendance requirements. First class is just that. Manager, and staff all care, and show their love and understanding for that person. They cared for my beautiful mumsy, and I never worried when they cared for her. Great communication always puts you at ease. My mum came first. Sadly she recently passed, and you couldn't ask for a more caring company than these. They were with her till the end. I always found it easy to talk to the manager, who always was so supportive of us. Not only for mum, but the whole family. Staff are wonderful, they had fun with my mum, she loved the girls very much, as I do. I thoroughly recommend this company, they understand from day one! If you have your loved one at home, and get worried, don't be, for this is a truly amazing company who could do with a special award! Thank you so much for everything.

Pleased with every aspect of the care provided. Any issues, which were minor, were handled very well and immediately. My mother was extremely happy with all the carers that attended to her, which was three times per day.

After suffering a stroke I just needed support in the morning with my husband so that I can still go to work. Service has been great and we have the same person every day.

I have had first-class care for several years myself only the last 3 years before my husband had them. They do my personal care, light cooking, some shopping, light cleaning duty. As well as polishing and hoovering to keep the dust down in my home as I have a lung condition that affects me big time. The management is always there if I need more help or to discuss with them any problems.

Good management and staff. I would like to say the three staff that come to me are caring, good at their job, very friendly and always give me time to go at my pace. They make my day more positive and cheerful, plus having the same staff you tend to build a better continuity between yourself and the staff. First-class care, they always try hard to meet my needs. So far I do not have any complaints about this company, I would say it's one of the best I have had.

We engaged First Class Healthcare in June of 2020 when my mother of 90 was finally diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. They initially came to help with personal care in the mornings as although my father was still very capable at 92, he thought that this would be better handled by professionals. The carers soon got into a routine that suited Mum and Dad. We found them to be efficient, thorough, and pleasant. As Mum’s mobility decreased we then changed to morning and night to assist Dad getting Mum downstairs via the stairlift and back up again at night. The office Manager was always on the ball and was keen to have regular contact with me the daughter to give feedback or to raise any concerns that the carers may have about Mum’s health or wellbeing. Our package moved to 3 times a day in 2021, with Mum now confined to bed. We usually had the same carers each day and both Dad and I appreciated this and they always had a few minutes to have a chat to him too. They provided a great service with a smile
