After my mum was diagnosed with a serious illness they managed the situation with her and the family so well and were with us all helping and caring to the very end. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

First Class Healthcare Ltd are a wonderful agency which we chanced upon when my dad was discharged from hospital. They cared for him during his final years, and now my mother, with great kindness and commitment. They've proved really flexible in helping with Mum's increasing needs - adapting at very short notice when things have been tough - and they have been really caring in providing all-round support throughout the period of lockdown. They keep in touch with me frequently, and have worked closely with me to get the care as good as possible. The individual carers are truly lovely, and the support staff very professional and knowledgeable. I am so grateful and full of admiration.

My sister was well looked after by First Class Healthcare. The carers were excellent in their delivery of care and the company constantly kept me updated on the care needs of my sister. The carers were reliable and always on time although there were a few occasions they were late but however, I was kept well informed if there was a delay in seeing my sister. First Class Healthcare have been caring for my mother for 10 months and we, in the family and my mother, have all been delighted with the care and support given. They are always upbeat and kind, friendly and utterly professional. My mother has a mix of Alzheimer's and dementia and is also recently bereaved. They have shown a full understanding of the various conditions and all the carers know exactly how to ensure Mum is happy, calm and relaxed. They prepare her meals with love and great care and ensure she is tidy, clean and well-groomed. During this pandemic, they have all been fabulous, professional and helpful to all of us, not just Mum.
