This is an outstanding care company. We are incredibly grateful for the care and support Utopia provides for our mum. The difference they have made to her life, and to our whole family, has been truly remarkable.

The carers look after all of our mum's personal care with kindness, dignity and patience. They are friendly, reliable, always on time and very attentive, which gives us great peace of mind. Having a small, consistent team means our mum has been able to get to know and trust them, making the care feel much more personal and helping her feel happier and comfortable. The team will contact us immediately if they have any concerns which is very reassuring.

They also help with medication, shopping, ironing and taking our mum out, which has supported our family enormously and even allowed me to return to work. The two managers are very hands-on and clearly care about the people they support. The whole team is wonderful, compassionate, trustworthy and we would highly recommend them.

This is hugely important and has both allowed my Mum to build trusting and close relationships with her care team, and makes it much easier for our family to feel confident that her needs are being met.

Also worthy of note is that Utopia is a local agency, with a great knowledge of the community in which they work. The team are a great source of local services and advice.

From our initial meeting with the Team at Utopia Social Care we knew we were dealing with a company that truly cares for its patients and really wants to go the extra mile. The service they provide in caring for our Mother is far superior compared to another service provider we previously had. They are so conscientious and care so much about making their patients as comfortable as possible and keeping them as relaxed and stress free as they can. We, as a family (3 daughters), find it hard to put into words just how amazing the staff at Utopia Social Care are. Our dad received support from them daily, this changed his and our lives, knowing that he would be assisted in his morning routine on a daily basis. The carer always arrived on time, were very friendly and accomodating to all our dad's needs, nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend them without hesitation to anybody who wants excellent care for their loved ones.

From the first meeting, Utopia have been extremely professional and provided wonderful care for my mother. This has included looking out for her outside of their allotted visits and the regular dialogue with me has proved invaluable, as I don't live locally. I think my mum's grateful comments one morning to one of their carers - "I asked for an angel and they sent you" - best describes how we both feel.

When we required care for our mum and subsequently our dad, I met with a member of staff and was instantly impressed by his experience and caring nature. Utopia really do care and have gone above and beyond for us. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. They have even called to the shops for provisions like bread and milk when Mum and Dad were running low on them. All of the staff have been totally professional and I feel that the training from the top down in this organisation has been first class. It is a very hard decision to make when choosing carers for your loved ones. I would never hesitate to recommend Utopia, and other caring professionals that we have come across have also sung their praises. They are known as being the very best out there. I would like to offer my sincere gratitude for all the management and their marvellous team have done for my mum and dad in their hours of need.

Utopia has provided daily visits to my elderly mother since December 2019. She has dementia and the level of care has been excellent. All the staff are friendly, patient, thoughtful and considerate. They have been particularly accommodating over recent months whilst my mother is self-isolating. It is very reassuring to the family that Utopia are taking care of her. In addition to their general duties, the staff have been great; providing daily papers, weekly shopping, hairdressing, WhatsApp photographs and even installed a replacement freezer.

Utopia has been providing top-class professional care to my Aunt for a couple of years now. All the staff who have attended her have been reliable, careful and diligent in their work and she has come to enjoy their company as she has got to know them. As my aunt’s needs have increased over time, and Utopia have always responded by adjusting the care package. They have worked with other agencies such as social services, health visitors and the falls agency. They also go out of their way to make sure she feels at ease and has everything she needs. This has meant that my aunt is still living independently in her own home at the respectable age of 97. I would highly recommend the care Utopia provide along with their very efficient administrative system.

We started using Utopia Social Care over a month ago and what a huge difference it has made to our lives. They come in every day to assist with the care of my dad. The level of care, kindness and support is above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We have the same person coming in every day so my dad and the family have built up a lovely rapport with the member of staff and it has made my dad feel extremely comfortable. My mum was really wary of having anyone in to look after Dad but this is the best decision we have made. We cannot recommend this company enough - if anyone is looking for any type of care, this is the agency to go to.

My grandad has been receiving support from Utopia Social Care for over three months now. Initially, he was dubious having experienced poor quality 'care' from two different care companies. The care and support he has received from Utopia have been outstanding, all aspects have been seamless from the ease of contact with the care team to discuss my grandad's needs and concerns to the exceptional level of care he now has in place. Thanks to this company my grandad is able to continue living independently. He has built a great relationship with his support workers and can't praise them enough!
