As a person who has had ALS (Motor Neurone) for over 30 years, I have used the services of many care agencies, some have been very good, some ok and some who were horrendous, however, I can categorically say that Utopia have been about the best.

Since joining Utopia several months ago, I have not once been let down, not only are the care staff always on time, they, the owners and office staff are all extremely friendly and well trained. During my recent marriage breakup, Utopia were superb, they immediately stepped up with extra calls and were there when I needed a shoulder to cry on, without Utopia's support I would have had to go into respite.

Being looked after at home has been our mum's dearest wish. Mum has dementia and complex physical health issues and we have supported mum as a family for many years, sadly we have experienced poor caregivers from care agencies for over three years, thankfully since mum has been supported by Utopia Social Care we cannot believe the difference in her physical and emotional health nothing is too much trouble for the staff who have gone above and beyond our expectations. Thank you, Utopia we all have greater peace of mind.

I cannot recommend this wonderful care company too highly. They have made a massive difference to our Mum's health and well-being. They go over and above with caring for her, nothing is too much trouble and we know she is in safe hands. The care, respect and love shown is absolutely lovely to see. They are all angels with extremely high standards, we can't praise them enough.

Since having Utopia Social Care, my health has improved and I am eating proper, healthy food and loving life again.
