In addition to this, they use the latest technology meaning that their clients or their relatives can have realtime access to their care records and daily logs from anywhere in the world whenever they choose.

I have used this company for a few years now for my Dad and have always been very pleased with them. They have been fantastic caring for my Dad during lockdown when I have been unable to enter his home due to his age and vulnerability. Whenever I have dropped shopping off for him the carers have been wearing masks, gloves and apron. There is one of the carers (who I would name if I was allowed) who goes above and beyond on his visits, he looks for things that need doing and manages to coax dad to have a shower - a challenging task! It’s my dads 88th birthday and he took the time to take a cake and sang Happy Birthday to him which was very thoughtful.

We have been using home care since August, we are very pleased with their service. The office staff have been professional, friendly and prompt with their responses by email or phone. My mother-in-law is enjoying their daily visits. They administer medication, check she is ok, check food and make her lunch, and do light cleaning. She enjoys the chats.
We live a distance away and are now reassured that she has someone to see her daily and that they will inform us if they have any concerns.

I wanted support for my parents while the family carer was on holiday. I contacted Kare Plus to ask if they did this. From the start I found Kare Plus administration department excellent, they talked me through the process with suggestions of what type of care and hours required. We agreed on 2 hrs in the morning and 2 hrs in the evening including meals. Once the holiday cover started the carers provided both my Mum and Dad with first class care treating them with utmost respect and dignity. My Dad told me before the care had started he didn't want carers coming into his home, due to previous bad experiences with carers. The care that Kare Plus provided soon changed my Dad's mind. They never let us down and provided first class care and meals. We provide a menu and ingredients for the carer to cook. I have arranged for regular cover each week to cover the full-time carers day off.
Thanks for your support over what normally is a difficult time. Holiday cover.
