The main carer and the team are very kind and patient with my mum who can sometimes be difficult because she has dementia. In what is a grim situation, the team have really supported the family, which we are very grateful for. Hats off for all the work they do. Thank you very much. God bless you all.

I find the service given to be excellent. The girls are very professional and very kind to my mother who speaks very highly of them. My mother is well looked after with dignity, care and grace. I cannot fault the service in any way.

I am very satisfied with the daily carers 7 days a week. I don't want staff calling around uninvited as I may have hospital appointments or friends and family calling in to see me. I look forward to the carers coming daily as they are kind and helpful. Please excuse my bad writing as I have a broken
wrist.

I would like to inform you how wonderful, loving and caring the two carers that attend to my mother during the week are. Absolutely amazing carers, and when they walk in, my mother's face lights up. We couldn’t have wished for a better two carers; please inform them how well they do their work and how
happy as a family we are.
I would like, if possible, for these two carers to work at my mother's on weekends as well. As the weekend staff haven’t managed to settle my mother in, especially at bedtime as well as the other two carers do.

The carers treat my grandfather with respect and are very patient with him. Every time I visit, the house is tidy in comparison to the last carers who treated the house in a poor state (leaving his pants soiled and the house smelly). This carer is the complete opposite as she always makes sure the house
is clean.

I had a reason to use this care service for my grandmother. Although not a very pleasant reason to use their services, but glad to have them as the care provided for my grandmother, from the first instance I met them in October 2022, I was met with professionalism, kindness and a genuine desire to help.
The
care team was knowledgeable, compassionate and excited to help out and that's the reason the team was always punctual too. The care team went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of my grandma.
I cannot emphasise more on using the services of Livingstone. They are the best.
