On occasions, the manager would arrange for me to be assisted on my hospital visits, which at the time was very much appreciated. All of the carers who assisted me were very caring and showed a very high level of professionalism throughout their time with me. The manager was brilliant, if ever I needed to communicate with her, she made it a priority to contact me and would have any issues I had resolved very promptly. My life has certainly been enriched since using this service and I have no problem in recommending them to anyone thinking about considering a care provider.

and they immediately agreed to provide care on a temporary basis. The carers started within hours of my phone call. We were more than happy with the care provided. My mother-in-law was clean and well looked after. The kitchen and bathroom area were kept spotless. When my husband visited her he said she seemed brighter than she had for ages, and when I visited a couple of days later she seemed far more awake and responsive than usual. I am very pleased that we chose Care Compassion who under these circumstances really lived up to their name. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
