Overall Experience

We-Care-Recruitment is very helpful in meeting your needs. At times we all need help and assistance and that is what they provide. We can sleep trouble-free knowing we will be looked after well. I should know good care when I see it as I myself used to be a senior carer.

Overall Experience

I have been receiving daily care for the last 14 months. During this period I have come to trust and look forward to my morning visits from the We Care team. Sometimes the only interaction I have with people is this visit. The carers are kind and professional, they have at times flagged up medical issues

that I was unaware of and management have contacted the relevant agencies to get me the treatment I needed. If my carer is running late or other issues arise, the management call or text me to let me know. Many of the carers are willing to 'go the extra mile' and offer help above and beyond their remit. 2 years ago I was fit and healthy and had never had any experience of what a 'care team' was. If other agencies are as kind and caring as We Care, we are in safe hands. I would recommend We Care to anyone needing a care package.

Overall Experience

My mother has been a service user since December 2020. We, as a family, are extremely happy with the service that is provided by We-Care for my mother.
The carers and management team are all very helpful and supportive towards my mother.
I have found a beautiful kind hearted family in the whole

of the We-Care team.
They all go the extra mile to accommodate my mother's complex needs.
I have often had to ask for help and assistance out of hours and the management team have taken the time out to hear me, talk to me and help sort out anything that needs sorting out e.g. key safe issues, social worker discussions, hoists, Occupational Therapy adaptation etc .....the list is endless.
I can put my hand on my heart and say that I would never change the company because each one of them is so kind and caring towards my mother.
Having We-Care on board has given me the ability to take time out with my own family and not commute to Oxford every weekend. I let them know when I come down and it's working really well.
