A professional, reliable, caring service. An excellent management structure supporting carers. The best care company we have experienced for my mothers care. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company for ' a total care' package.

Disappointed that the start times are rarely at the times agreed. Some of the staff are difficult to understand, so it can be difficult to have a conversation with them, but they all seem to be nice caring people.

All the carers have been really kind, polite and friendly.

Excellent care for my husband who has dementia. The carer is always on time, is very friendly and interacts well with my husband who has limited communication now. I have no concerns leaving him in her care while I pop out for a few hours. The team in the office are easy to contact, friendly and very easy to talk to.

So greatly appreciated in enabling Mum to stay in her own home.

True caring have looked after my 90 year old mum since she came home from an assessment ward, after finding that she could no longer be left alone at home. The carers are the most caring and supportive people that I have come across and the office is only a phone call away. Whilst some of the relief carers spend quite alot of time on their phones, generally they are in with mum, having a chat or watching the tv with her. House work and laundry is always done and up to date and the carer who has been with mum the longest is exceptional. Sometimes the relief carer has never been to mums before which isn't great for continuity but I can't fault TrueCaring for the quality service they provide.

Tru Care helped us look after my Mother who had Alzheimer's for over 5 years. Care provided by Dementia trained staff was good to outstanding. Regularly monitored by Supervisors and any problems were quickly dealt with. The Admin staff are excellent. Tru Care are a local independent Agency that work hard to fulfil requirements.

We have a lovely selection of ladies that care for mum with patience and kindness , it is very noticeable to myself that as mum deteriorates with her dementia and health they become even more patient and caring with her , it is much appreciated and has a good impact on her quality of life , the ladies are always cheerful which also is a great enhancement to the day

The carer looking after my husband has far exceeded my expectations and most definitely goes way beyond just caring, to the extent that he is relaxed about me leaving the house for an hour or so without him. Everyone I have dealt with at Tru Caring is professional, responsive and understanding.

Everyone at Tru caring ltd are amazing, my mum suffers from dementia and the care she receives is fantastic, my family and I can relax knowing that mum is truly cared for. I live on my own, I,m 90yr old so I look foreward to them comeing.They are so kind and patient,and they always have a laugh with me. They remind me to take my medication and have I been to toilet. Have I got my lifeline on, they have made a big difference to mine and my sons life. It gives him and his partner more time to live there life. My mum had spent several years being supported in her own home by regular visits from this care group. As she got older, the visits increased but the care continued to be a major part of her life and helped her retain her independence until she died at the age of 96. We, the family, also felt supported by the person centred care package as it felt like a team approach. Mum received care for over 7 years from this company.

Tru Caring Ltd have been caring for my parents for the past two and a half months and I would highly recommend them. So far they have provided a number of different live in carers to attend to my parents needs and I cannot fault any of them for the level of care that they have provided.

I need to always set my alarm in order to be ready for them the following morning. I am 88 and find it difficult.

Very professional high-quality service we are very pleased and require anyone to try. It is like with members of family who fully understand your needs. my mum is always very happy to see them every morning.

I can't recommend Tru Caring highly enough! All the carers are professional, kind, patient and positive; enabling you to feel confident that your loved one is in safe hands. Their support has made a huge difference to my father and our family. They are flexible to need and responsive to any changes in medication etc. Furthermore, they do their best to ensure we are kept informed of any changes to the timetable. They also try to keep the number of different carers each week to a minimum. If you/your loved ones need care at home, I would highly recommend Tru Caring.

I would highly recommend Tru Caring Ltd. They have provided care for my parents for the past 5 years. Over time the amount of care provided has increased in line with my parent's changing needs. I have found the company to be highly responsive, including doing all they can to respond to more urgent or changing situations. They are flexible and polite. I have found the managers and coordinators to be very available by email and the phone.
