The carers that came I cannot fault there all lovely it was only time issues that I could not cope with. They did everything that was needed. It must be difficult when they first come as they are not aware of where things are but they soon get use to it and have been very kind to my mum.

On the whole very good. One of the best things is that most of the caters will acknowledge and engage in conversation with me too. The worst thing is not knowing for certain what time the carer will turn up and need getting ready for bed before I need to go to bed.

Carers always very polite and helpful.
Nothing is a problem to them.
They always phone us if they suspect dad has a problem with anything and never just leave him.

Always a pleasure to see them when I visit Dad.

All ok , they do what is necessary and essential in a confident manner.most of the time they are happy and jolly , they do their best to please the patient .

Occasionally we have had to pull them up but they make sure they rectify it correctly afterwards

Outstanding care company above the rest. Trained and experienced staff. Arrived safely and in reasonable time. Carry out correct important personal care. Good Communication skills. All PPE is applied when needed. Apply correct creams, bathing, and dressing. Moving and handling are carried out in a safe environment with reasonable notice. Regularly commodified and prompted. Personal care and dignity always polite and respectful of family and friends. I would certainly recommend these carers to anyone who is in need of a care package for their friends and family. These are genuine carers, not a silhouette company which unfortunately are out there. Very happy with my homecare derby. Thank you. Looking forward to the rest of my mum's care.

Your care and support are helping my mum to have her wish of staying at home in her later life.

The carers are very kind and helpful and always attend every planned visit. They take time to get to know her so they can make her care personal.

Overall Experience

The team from My Homecare Derby provide a best in class service for my mother, who after a fall, finds it difficult to shower and dress herself. Two daily calls, one in the morning and another in the evening, enable her to continue living in her own home and provide frequent contact for her. The carers always have a chat and help to keep her spirits up. The app is a great communication tool as I live abroad.

Overall Experience
My Homecare have been looking after our elderly parents who both have dementia for about the last 5 months. Mum and Dad are cared for by the same few regular carers at the same times each day. It’s something which we thought was really important to enable them to build relationships and routines and feel comfortable with receiving care from people outside of our family in their own home.

Everyone we have had contact with at My Homecare have been lovely, from the office staff who answer and quickly deal with day-to-day queries over the phone and by text, the extremely knowledgeable lady who completes the care plan with us, the very helpful people in finance, who I’ve spoken to a lot, and most of all the carers themselves who arrive at every call with a smile in their face and make it possible for Mum and Dad to continue to live safely and comfortably at home. Thank you!

The carers that have visited my dad have been kind caring and thoughtful towards him. They have remained professional at all times. I cannot fault the carers who visit dad. The carers are kind and thoughtful towards dad at all times. They will contact me or my sister should they have any concerns.

The care that my dad has received has been excellent. The staff are really happy and friendly. He has always been cared for at regular times each day. I don’t know what we would do without them. My dad always looks forward to his carers arriving.

My mother has been receiving care four times a day for over three and a half years. Over this period I have been impressed by the caring yet professional attitude of the staff. They have always treated Mum with sensitivity, empathy, and compassion. They have proved indispensable and have allowed my mum to continue to live in her own home. Both Mum and myself are extremely grateful and appreciative.

Good and thorough service so far. Reliable and very friendly staff. Respectful to my dad’s needs and requirements. Nothing has been too much trouble to date. Having discussed my dad’s conditions at the start, the staff have been careful with how they have dealt with him, and always treated him with kindness, dignity and respect. Only one issue with early arrivals for the evening appointment well before the allotted time, but having spoken to the office, they have listened and has now been sorted satisfactorily.

Mum was released from the hospital after over 8 weeks so she had lost her previous care package and looking back, it was the best thing that could have happened as the service she now receives is excellent.

All the staff look after her so well as though she was their own Mum. The care she receives can not be faulted in any way and all the staff are a credit to your company.

Dianne Williams Job Title: Managing Director
Dianne Williams

Dianne Williams is the Managing Director and Registered Manager of My Homecare Derby, with over 22 years of experience in the care sector. Her experience spans community, supported living, and residential care. Dianne started her career as a carer and gradually progressed through various roles, including team leader and care coordinator. Dianne spent over 8 years as a registered care home manager before founding My Homecare Derby in 2017, where her leadership has been instrumental in the company's success.

Dianne is highly qualified, holding Level 5 qualifications in Leadership and Management, and has undergone extensive training in various essential areas such as dignity training, where she is also a certified trainer. Additionally, she holds Level 2 certifications in Dementia, Medication, Diabetes, Equality and Diversity, and Mental Health. As a dedicated professional, Dianne regularly updates her knowledge through ongoing training initiatives and maintains close professional ties with peers to exchange insights and seek advice.

Laura Wibberley Job Title: Assistant Manager Joined: 2020
Laura Wibberley

Laura is the Assistant Manager she is committed to taking on a visible leadership role and promoting our person-centred care and well-led ethos. Laura ensures that day-to-day services are efficient and in line with rigorous industry compliance standards; She enjoys working closely with our service users and their loved ones and strives to go above and beyond in providing information, advice, and support to service users and their families.

Lisa Richardson

Lisa is our Area Coordinator for Amber Valley; she is responsible for carrying out competency checks on our Health Care Assistants. Lisa ensures that the day-to-day services are efficient and in line with rigorous industry compliance standards; She enjoys working closely with our service users and their loved ones and strives to go above and beyond in providing information, advice, and support to service users and their families.

Sophie Turton

Sophie is our Administrative Officer, in most cases, she will be one of the first voices you hear when you call our office.

Sophie is responsible for ensuring our office runs smoothly, all documents, both service user and Staff are up to date and in line with data protection and GDPR, and making changes to Staff and Customer schedules as required.

Kelly Green Job Title: Client Liaison Officer Joined: 2019
Kelly Green
