Fantastic care package, the care is second to none, the carers are very caring and helpful and do everything that is needed for Dad's needs. Dad can be very low at times and the carer are always keen to lift his spirits.

The care that my wife is receiving is first-class. She is confused some days however, after the care she always picks up and feels better in herself. The timings of the carers are excellent and they are always punctual.

The carers that have been visiting my house and looking after me have been very pleasant and professional, cooking and cleaning and taking care of the things that I am unable to do myself. I would recommend to any future prospective clients.

I think my company is absolutely wonderful, my carers are great they make sure they are very polite and very kind, they make my day. Always make me laugh, make me feel very special could not wish for any of my carers to change, all of them are truly wonderful.

There is no doubt the staff are very caring and pleasant. They usually arrive on time as per the arrangements. My only communication with the office was not really good, they seemed to be unorganised. They did not have any of mum's next of kin phone numbers on their system.
A team of competent and friendly ladies.
Since I have been using My Homecare I have found it has made life easier. The ladies that come are so helpful and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend My Homecare to anyone needing this kind of service.
We would prefer an earlier morning visit but that was not available. Most carers are good but some are in a hurry to get away. Some carers do not want to shower my wife, saying the shower chair is not safe.
My care is satisfactory.
All of the carers are respectful to my wife and very well mannered. When they come into our home they all are very happy, they bring sunshine in with them. The only gripe I have got is that a male carer attending, a nice man but embarrassing for my wife. Other than that we have no complaints.
I am very satisfied with the care I receive. The girls are helpful and friendly and I would recommend My Homecare in the future.
Your service is fine, but this is due to one/two certain carers, when other carers come the service level drops considerably as some carers don't know how to service my husband with his personal needs, such as fitting the conveen correctly. If the conveen is ill-fitted it causes discomfort for my husband as he has to wait for the carer to come in the morning (having been left wet for some hours) and excessive extra work as there is loads of extra washing that this creates.
I can access daily the detailed care notes on the system. I live quite a distance away so it's become my eyes and ears for how my father is every day.
My father seems happy as the staff are patient, helpful and caring.
My Homecare responds to any queries I have and passes on messages to carers. Also, respond quickly and let me know if any concerns.
the carers are very friendly and get on with the care when they arrive. Over time you get to know the carers well and it's sad when they leave as they begin to feel like part of the family. The only fault is they don't wash my dad's hair very often but will if asked. Maybe in the summer months, my dad could benefit from a wash-at-night visit. Any problems have been dealt with when I have rung the office.
My Homecare has proved to be a lifeline to me. The carers are great, friendly and assist me every day. I don't know how I would manage without them. I can get in touch with management if I have any queries and they are very helpful.
All staff from My Homecare have been really friendly and helpful with my mum, who came out of hospital twelve months ago. It is a weight off my mind that I can rely on the staff to be there for her when I am away or busy caring for another member of my family. Thank you for the help and support you provide and for full peace of mind.
The carers of My Homecare are excellent in looking after my father, they sort my father out in the mornings, they get him up, wash him and get him ready for the day. Then at lunchtime, they come and give him his dinner, and then the night call they come to put him to bed.
Very good, very reliable, very helpful, would highly recommend. Been looking after my Aunt for a few months now and they’ve done everything they said. From the first meeting to get it all in place. And now have sorted an early call.
I’m very pleased with the service My Homecare provide. All the carers are friendly and helpful and put me at ease.
They are helping me to get through a very difficult time in my life and l can’t thank them enough.

My father has received excellent care from My Home Care Derby. All the carers are friendly communicative and efficient. Sometimes the job is not easy when dealing with people with dementia, (such as my father) but the carers are always polite and respectful.
