I have only received care with the company since December 2020. Excellent care, nothing too much trouble if struggling. Girls have all the PPE equipment and very smart. Cannot say what it is like to have the same carers and always on time. I am glad I went for this company when told I had to change carers. Could not have chosen better - other 15-years with the same care.

My Homecare staff are very polite and friendly and help me with all care. Carers will go above and beyond. Office staff are very helpful, without the carers I would be in a care home. A friend recommended me to the service.

Generally provide very good care and attention. Regular staff are very friendly, careful, gentle and helpful (so says my wife, who is the patient). I personally think the My Homecare team operating in our area are a bit stretched compared to our initial experiences, probably down to natural staff turn over for personal reasons and demands for home care services rather than nursing home rehabilitation in the current circumstances. As long as one attendee is experienced there aren't any problems, but when two people are drafted in from another area they don't know the patient's issues and needs. This rarely happens and they all try their best and are generally happy, helpful and friendly.
It is like we have known them all of our life instead of nearly a year, you could not ask for more caring people we are very pleased with the way I am treated every day and always a friendly smile each time they come to the house.
They offer a caring and personal approach to the service they provide, which my father and the family appreciate.

This company has filled a need that many care agencies are reluctant to do. They provide night time sitters as well as daycare, which means that at times when people need that extra, they can escalate up. My friend was reluctant to have carers but has now got used to them being in his house. He gets on with them easily, and they try to persuade him to get a wash etc. Overall, it has been a good experience changing to this company.

An excellent and caring team. I have found My Homecare Derby team to be very supportive and helpful. The communication from the staff regarding my Mum's health and welfare is excellent. The team who visits Mum is patient, understanding and caring. It gives me great peace of mind to know that they are helping her out on a day to day basis.

As a family, we are extremely pleased with the care my father is receiving from the skilled team of carers he has. He is being cared for in a compassionate manner, and being treated as an individual with his wishes being taken into consideration. The carers arrive on time and spend as much time as needed with him, not rushing him. The app is very informative, and whenever I ring the office, they are very helpful when needing to let them know about appointments and hospital outcomes. We always feel we are being listened to. Dianne Williams is the Managing Director and Registered Manager of My Homecare Derby, with over 22 years of experience in the care sector. Her experience spans community, supported living, and residential care. Dianne started her career as a carer and gradually progressed through various roles, including team leader and care coordinator. Dianne spent over 8 years as a registered care home manager before founding My Homecare Derby in 2017, where her leadership has been instrumental in the company's success.
Dianne is highly qualified, holding Level 5 qualifications in Leadership and Management, and has undergone extensive training in various essential areas such as dignity training, where she is also a certified trainer. Additionally, she holds Level 2 certifications in Dementia, Medication, Diabetes, Equality and Diversity, and Mental Health. As a dedicated professional, Dianne regularly updates her knowledge through ongoing training initiatives and maintains close professional ties with peers to exchange insights and seek advice.
Laura is the Assistant Manager she is committed to taking on a visible leadership role and promoting our person-centred care and well-led ethos. Laura ensures that day-to-day services are efficient and in line with rigorous industry compliance standards; She enjoys working closely with our service users and their loved ones and strives to go above and beyond in providing information, advice, and support to service users and their families.
Lisa is our Area Coordinator for Amber Valley; she is responsible for carrying out competency checks on our Health Care Assistants. Lisa ensures that the day-to-day services are efficient and in line with rigorous industry compliance standards; She enjoys working closely with our service users and their loved ones and strives to go above and beyond in providing information, advice, and support to service users and their families.
Sophie is our Administrative Officer, in most cases, she will be one of the first voices you hear when you call our office.
Sophie is responsible for ensuring our office runs smoothly, all documents, both service user and Staff are up to date and in line with data protection and GDPR, and making changes to Staff and Customer schedules as required.
Kelly is our Client Liaison Officer, in most cases, she will be one of the first voices you hear when you call our office.
