The carers provided by My Homecare have been an absolute godsend for me and in allowing my mum to live at home, by herself, since being diagnosed with Alzheimer's in October 2022. Every carer who has attended has been attentive, polite, empathetic, trustworthy and helpful. I live a substantial distance away from home and having the carers come in three times a day has been great on a personal level knowing that she is being well looked after. Particularly helpful is the app that allows me to check she is okay and what she has eaten etc. After each visit, again this provides some peace of mind during a difficult time. They have never missed a call and the only occasion they were late, they rang to let me know they'd be slightly later than normal. If I have had to cancel visits due to hospital appointments they have always been cancelled and reinstated with no issues or dramas. Genuinely, I can't thank them enough for their help during a horrible time for me and my mum.
All carers have acted in a very professional way. The majority work efficiently and will cover all jobs that I find difficult to do. The carers who are slightly less efficient are the carers who are fairly new to the job. They are all without exception extremely pleasant. Overall I am impressed with the service provided and the app is a useful tool for recording the visit. Thank you.
My aunt is always pleased to see them and grateful for what they do.
Nice friendly service. My mum has no problems with the care and they help her enormously. The carers cheer her up and she loves telling them all her history of the family and anything else that may be current. The carers help my mum with food and getting her up in the morning, give her a thorough wash and check her to see if they notice anything medical and report the problems. She is visited four times a day and she is happy and very grateful for the care she receives. My mum gets on with all of the carers and appreciates the care, love and service My Homecare provides. Overall it is a professional service and very caring to my mother.
The service provided by this care provider is excellent - the carers are genuinely very good. We are extremely grateful for their ability to step up and step in at short notice. The management and staff are excellent. We feel very comfortable trusting them. Mum's primary carers take the lead and clearly know and understand her very well. I am so grateful for all the help they have given our family over the period of time that we have been using this company and further it goes without saying the office team have stepped up and stepped in to support our immediate needs too.
We are very grateful to the staff (care staff and office staff) and management for the care they provide, enabling a dementia patient to continue to live at home and enabling someone with restricted mobility to be cared for with dignity and respect. Thanks for all you do, as family members, it is comforting to know they are being well looked after, and that you flag to us any concerns so we can address them accordingly. Thankyou.
I would like to thank everyone for their help, encouragement and friendship, especially the team currently looking after me. Thank you.
The team are reliable, conscientious and caring. I am happy with the care my parent receives and feel confident that they know him, understand his needs and that all will be well if I go away for a break. This is really important.
We have been using My Homecare Provider for a number of years. Our experience has been very good and I would recommend the service to other families. It’s reassuring when you are inviting strangers into your parent's home to receive a consistently good standard of care, often with a smile and lots of chats for Dad. He is always treated with dignity and respect and some of the carers go above and beyond in their duties.
They usually arrive within their specified time and if there is a problem they let me know.
Some carers are much better than others. There are inconsistencies and only one carer who can encourage Mum will personal care. It can also be frustrating around visit times as one carer visits at 7, 11, 4 and 6.30 and others 9, 1, 6, and 7 - this confuses my parents.
No problems, always great.
My Homecare have been providing care for my mother for over 12 months following an extensive stroke. My mother is bed-bound and the carers attend 4 times daily. They are always polite, respectful and get my mother's needs sorted quickly. They have never missed a call, occasionally delayed due to issues with other clients which is only to be expected.

All staff from My Homecare have been really friendly and supportive of my mum since she came out of hospital for the past 11 months. It was a very difficult time and everyone I have been in contact with and all the staff that have visited my mum have been lovely. Thank you for the help and support you provide and full peace of mind.

My mother-in-law is happy with the care that she receives from My Homecare. The carers are sensitive to her needs and she feels at ease with them all. The only issue that she sometimes finds difficult is the sometimes uneven spacing of visits during a day eg. There may sometimes be a short time between the morning and lunch call but than a long time to the teatime call. However, she is aware that the carers have a lot of calls to make.

In caring for my mum they also help me to have time to look after my well-being too. Such an excellent and well-led team.
Patient and helpful, always ask if we want anything extra done regarding my care.
The service provided is very good from the excellent care workers. One care worker, in particular, goes the extra mile. My daughters have noticed that on occasions the food they get out is out of date, so I would appreciate them double-checking this. Sometimes their arrival times can be a bit erratic, but I understand they may have other commitments on these days. They ensure my wife and I take our medication correctly. One care worker ensures my wife has a wash, cleans her feet every morning. This is important as she has dementia.
Very pleased with the quality of care given to my friend, all the carers are lovely people, and I really appreciate how cooperative the management team have always been. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Amazing staff and communication between the clients and the staff that are there. Polite, friendly, caring and understanding between who I have spoken to in regards to the colleagues. Perfect services, no faults at all. Thank you for being amazing.
