My parents have been very happy with their new carers. They had a lot of problems with their previous providers and were nervous about changing. Changing has shown them how poor the previous service was. They now look forward to their visits.
Thank you very much for your kind words. We hope we can continue to work together to maintain excellent care for your love ones.
Dad has been having visits from ‘My Homecare’ for about 18 months now and we are all extremely pleased with the service he receives. Having care at home had represented a massive change to his and Mum’s lives but each carer we have met is friendly, respectful, of good humour and highly competent. Dad could not remain in his own home without their assistance and for that alone we are very grateful. Equally, management and staff have listened to our requests and have accommodated this at the earliest opportunity. For us, 'My Homecare' provide critical support to Dad, and for the family, at an excellent standard. Thank you all.
Thank you for your kind words, we strive to continue to provide the best care.
The office staff are always there to help and if there is an issue they usually know about it before I ring on my mum's behalf.
Matters get sorted very quickly.
I have every confidence that when I ring, any request it is sorted.
Everybody I have spoken to is very polite.
Thank you for your wonderful review. We will continue to work with both client and family to maintain the excellent care.
Before this company, Dad had been so unhappy with his overall care he became quite disheartened with later life. We as a family began to get quite worried about him until this company was recommended.
Now he has a new lease of life the one to one caring works for him. He loves his carer as do we, she's like family. Thank you to her.
There is also the added advantage of the app which keeps family up to date of his care.
We as a family recommend My Homecare Derby.
Thank you for your review. I am very pleased that we have been able to provide care for your father, which has subsequently changed his outlook on life. We will continue to work with both the family and our client to maintain the best care/relationship.
The carers I have are all very professional, polite and competent.
We appreciate your review and will continue to provide you with excellent care.
They have a good relationship with my mother who is happy with the service.
We would highly recommend them for anyone who is thinking of care at home for their loved ones.
Staff have made me feel comfortable to receive the care they give. Staff are always clean, polite and smartly dressed. The standard of care is consistently good and new carers are always accompanied by an experienced person. New carers are always introduced to myself and my wife. One point of criticism is the variability of time of arrival for my morning visit, which is recorded at between 8 and 10.10 am. Most visits occur after 9 am and we receive no communication, even when it is apparent to the carer they will be later than usual. We have needed to ring the office on several occasions to confirm someone is on their way. There is no criticism of the care received but it appears communication between carers, the office and service user could be improved.
Excellent service would definately recommend.
I find the service excellent, the carers are considerate and thoughtful. I've developed a relationship with all of them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They all really help me and I feel that I am definately improving since they have been coming. My husband appreciates all their help too.
Always ask if you require anything at all (ie a cup of tea etc).
Good also with my family.
The carer is very caring and compassionate, they look after my husband very well, make him feel special. My husband looks forward to seeing the carers and the management call sometimes to see if we are OK and to have a chat with us.
My homecare is always easy to contact and friendly to work with. They have made my life a lot easier.
We appreciate all your kind words included in your review and look forward to continue working with you and your family.
I am very pleased with the service that is given to my husband and all the staff are helpful and kind.
Thank you, we really do appreciate your feedback.
I am satisfied with the carers in all ways.
I was very pleased with the standard of care given to my mother. She was well looked after and treated with respect and dignity. The care workers were reliable and very helpful when extra help was needed in the event of other carers being ill or on holiday.
Very satisfied with the service.
I appreciate the friendliness and care of the staff and also their help.
Thank you very much for your review.
We are satisfied with the efficient, caring, professional staff. They're friendly and make a good impression. We are comfortable when they are around.
Many thanks.
My Homecare (Derby) have been caring for my nana since she had her hip replaced. They have been absolutely brilliant. The first time they came I was with my nana and I felt immediately comfortable with them. They are brilliant with her and make her laugh which is really important. I have just come from Cornwall to visit nana and they are still as amazing and they have kept us in Cornwall up to date with how nana is doing. Which for us, is so important. The manager and some members of staff have been particularly fantastic with nana. Even making her feel special on Christmas day. I cannot recommend them highly enough I know my nana is in good care with them.
