All are extremely professional services.
They are very kind and caring to my mum and dad.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and I would happily recommend their services to anyone who is in our situation with parents who are in need of such care and don't want to be taken into residential care away from their own homes.

Lovely carers, my mum likes things a particular way and they are helpful and understanding. I feel very secure knowing they are calling in to look after her. She is particularly fond of one member of staff, and I would just like to say a thank you here for the good work you do.

Very good service provided. My dad got used to all the carers going in. I don't have any problems with them, if I did I would tell the office. If Dad has any appointments they're always happy to help.

My mother was initially reluctant to receive care, but after receiving excellent care from My Homecare Derby for almost a year, my mother is first to say that it was the best decision she has made. The care has been excellent and has exceeded both my mother's and my expectations. The carers are kind, friendly and truly caring. The carers have meant that my mother can stay living in her own home with her own creature comforts. Without the carers, she would have had to move into a care home. I would like to thank all of the carers who have looked after my mum so well. Thank you so much.

The carers were great with my dad even when he got really difficult, they treated him with kindness and compassion. They were punctual and always had a smile even in really trying circumstances. They made sure my dad was comfortable and happy each time they visited.

My Homecare Derby has been providing invaluable support to my mother for the last seven months. Since being discharged from hospital and residential care my mother has received a comprehensive package of support which has involved carers visiting four times a day, seven days a week. This high-level of care and assistance has allowed my mother to stay in her own home safe in the knowledge that her every-day needs are met fully by a dedicated team of hard-working and professional carers. Their care and attention to my mother's needs has been unfailing and greatly appreciated.

I have been delighted with the care that has been given to my husband over the last 12 months.
Carers on my husband's rota are kept to a regular team (so helpful when not having to explain routines) are very professional, friendly never rushed to get away to the next client. If any queries the care coordinator helps with enthusiasm, I know I am listened to.
These points highlighted are important to me as our first experience was with a large company where we weren't treated with compassion.

Criteria I looked for before choosing this company stated carer would be one of 4. They have kept to this request.

A wonderful team of carers bringing sunshine into our lives at a dark time. The girls are caring and sympathetic and good-humoured, treating the patient with dignity and respect. Their suggestions for making life more comfortable or safer are acted upon immediately. Many thanks to the whole team and their coordinator.

Set up the care visits for my father who has vascular dementia (two a day). The carers are both professional and friendly. They administer his medication daily and the social visit is almost as vital. My father looks forward to the visit.

It is very reassuring to know that my father is cared for so well, which has been the case over many years, enabling him to continue living in his own home. All the carers are super, and really do care, whether that is during the scheduled visits that occur a number of times every day, and overnight, or helping with attending hospital appointments when needed. In a situation when his care needed to be changed overnight, the whole team were super responsive, flexible and very helpful. A big "thank you" to the whole team for the excellent work you do.

My Mum's been living with the effects of Alzheimer's for the last couple of years now, and the team at My Homecare have been simply fabulous in the way they've dealt with all her needs, even though she can be a formidable character at the best of times. Communications between myself and the team of carers have always been excellent. I can always check in to see what has been done for my Mum on a daily basis and even my Mum is happy to acknowledge that without their help, she'd have a tough time keeping her home as nice as it is. Many thanks, ladies, your efforts are appreciated.

I would highly recommend this service. The carers look after dad and visit twice a day. They complete all the tasks asked of them and always let us know if anything is amiss. When I've seen them, they have always been polite and very friendly. I don't know what we'd do without them at times and contact with the office is always excellent.
