Train2Care Academy supported me to make great provision for Mum in so many ways - the manager offered good advice and guidance and a flexible, problem-solving approach as my mum’s needs changed. I was always listened to carefully and the approach my mum needed was quickly understood by the manager and
the carers. I really appreciated the quick responses to my contact, both by managers and carers who would always get in touch quickly if they wanted to raise a concern about Mum. Mum and I both have experienced professional and consistent kindness, warmth and quality which gave me huge peace of mind about my mum when I really needed it. For all these reasons I would always recommend Train2Care to anyone else in need.

We would like to truly thank the dear manager and his wonderful team for being so loving, caring, kind and professional to my beautiful mum.
To mum and our family, they were not looked upon as carers but as family. We feel truly blessed by the way they cared for my mum and we loved them all.

Train2Care is very caring and honest, and we appreciated the help and support that they provided for us. It’s also good for the community. However, I will recommend families and friends.
