Your staff were very caring and compassionate towards my Nanna during her end of life care. The support your staff gave me and my family was first class and made our days much easier and helped us to care for my Nanna.

I honestly couldn't do without my carers and I love the company. Everybody that I see goes the extra mile, they even sing and dance to me. I get little treats from being pampered to entertainment. My carers are caring and compassionately kind, I wouldn’t still be here today without them. They have given me a new lease of life and helped me gain back my confidence. I am back up on my feet and enjoying what I have left of my life.

I cannot thank the care team enough, they were exceptional in their care of my mum who was receiving palliative care. They treat her with dignity respect and kindness at every visit. My dad has Alzheimer’s and they treated him with absolute respect and taking time to chat to him. I will never forget what this team did for my mum's last few days they were outstanding. They helped me become her daughter again for which I am so grateful. This package of care was 4 visits a day x2 carers with a set team, they were always on time and dressed in full uniform. There was an initial teething problem with the night sit service however the manager called - she was upfront and honest to say at that time she was unable to accommodate our requirements, which as a family helped us trust this company. They also supported my family through this very sad time. I will need care for my dad in the near future and will certainly make this company my first call.

Alcedo carers started to care for our mother on discharge from hospital, our mother had been in hospital on lockdown for 6 weeks and we wanted her home on the palliative care pathway. Alcedo come four times a day and overnight to care for our mother. We as a family are so happy and appreciative of the wonderful care that is provided. My mother is always treated with kindness, respect and dignity by professional, friendly staff. Thank you - you are all outstanding.

I am impressed with the level of care, and I feel safe when I am in the company of the carer. I feel that they really do care. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs this particular level of care. I love the girls.

The service I have received this week has been amazing, I couldn't ask for a better care agency. I was greeted by the manager who was lovely and bubbly, she listened attentively to my needs and introduced me to the carer I would be having. Because I suffer chronic anxiety I was given the same carer all week. My carer was absolutely brilliant I was treated with dignity and respect at all times, we had fun and laughed non stop. I was supported to go to my best friend's wedding and we had a fantastic day. My carer was one of the best I've ever had and the best care company I've used. I'm very happy and will be using them again in my next stay in October. Thank you for everything and would definitely recommend Kate plus.

I was only involved with Kare Plus for one week but during that time I have nothing but praise for everyone I and my father came into contact with. I was spoken to respectfully and involved in decisions regarding my father's care. Everyone who came to care for my father treated him with kindness and compassion. He was treated with dignity and respect and I cannot thank everyone enough for what they did during this difficult time.

I cannot fault the care my 92-year-old dad has received from Kare Plus since it started on the 15/10/18. He looks forward to the 4 visits he gets a day and each person visiting has been kind, thoughtful, respectful and cannot do enough for my dad. I can get the timesheets sent to me by email which is good and any time I need to drop them an email its picked up and answered in a very short space of time. Kare Plus is a brilliant service and I have recommended them already to friends who have elderly relatives.
