Overall Experience

At the start of the current Covid19 situation, I was so anxious about my mom being in her care home I made the big decision to move her in with me. I then set up care at home package with Nexus. She had two split hours a day, they helped with dressing in the morning and breakfast then came back for lunchtime. I was at work most of the time so my mom was on her own at home with the carer visiting and my mom suffers from dementia, so her behaviour and tone can sometimes be a little disproportionate but the carers handled this in their stride with a smile and a reassuring way. I couldn't have been happier with the service she received and how her care was communicated with me if I was out at work. Knowing she was eating and drinking and had some company means the world to me. I can't see a time where I'll want Mom to go back into a care home knowing that I can extend her hours as we need, as her needs change. Thank you Nexus team.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and as the owner of the business, I take great pride in our level of communication. We really do have an amazing team of carers who are passionate about what they do. We do not settle for anything less than an excellent level of service, so why should you? So pleased we could help.

I have worked for Nexus Care Services since July 2018 and have progressed from payroll administrator to the Business Development Director and Finance Manager within 2 years. I have worked in the Healthcare industry for 10 years+ and have extensive knowledge of the industry from finance, recruitment, compliance, and sales. My role within the business is to develop and bring on new clients as well as managing all financial affairs with duties including payroll, invoicing and debt collecting. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and see my future only with Nexus.

Nexus is a private, family-owned business and we pride ourselves on reliability, punctuality and providing nothing but exemplary care for our clients in the surrounding local communities. Nexus continues to grow from strength to strength ensuring customer focus and satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. I love the attention to detail that is provided to all our clients with tailor-made care plans produced that include all details about their routines and the client’s preferences. With an exceptional management team behind the business, I believe that Nexus Care Services are the ultimate providers of care.

I have worked for Nexus for the last two years and progressed from being a part-time coordinator to managing a team of coordinators. I have been working in healthcare for the last 5 years, in a diverse range of industries (NHS, private, pharmaceutical), and I bring to the company a Media degree and extensive expertise in communications and problem-solving.

My role within the company apart from managing the team of coordinators is to manage the rotas for our Sutton Coldfield clients and carers and to make sure the day-to-day business runs like clockwork. My team is essentially the first point of contact for our carers and clients, so we pride ourselves on the customer service we provide, as well as on solving any urgent problems that might arise daily.
