Overall Experience
The staff at Daisychain were so supportive to my mum. We started using them for one day a week to shower her. It then increased to once a day in the morning. They went above and beyond calling the GP and Pharmacy on my behalf when I was unable to. They regularly reviewed mum's care with mum before her dementia got worse and then with me later. Mum never complained about any of the carers and I never was concerned with her care. The manager was excellent and always kept me informed of any concerns they had with mum. I cannot rate highly enough Daisychain.
