Standards, so the council found me a new care company, I would suggest you follow suit like the council & find a homecare company that does & steer away from Roial care services or take the risk, good luck if you do.
Your carers cared for my father during the last three weeks of his life - he passed away on the 5th of July. The staff were amazing with Dad, very caring, happy and empathic. They were very reliable, turned up on time and always kept everything clean and tidy. Thank you - the family could not have managed without your support.
The agency and staff are amazing with the service user. He looks forward to them driving and tending to his care with a big smile and vocals. They treat him with dignity and respect and always have good timing or call if going to be late. Great agency to work with. Thank you as your care makes a big difference for the service user and myself as his carer.
The staff are very friendly and always on time, but I think they could use their initiative a bit more and try to get my mother to eat more. She is a very difficult and stubborn woman so I understand this may be hard for them but I have to buy microwave meals for ease and my mother doesn't like them. The staff could add some things to the food to make it more tasty for her, or bake something in the oven, but again they only have 30 minutes in the evening. I may consider extending this to an hour.
I don’t know where to start because words simply aren’t enough to cover the carers we had for my the last part of my mother's life. Each carer we had visit was basically an Angel in human form, nothing was too much. They reassured her constantly, they sang to her, sat with her and held her hand. She was always bedbathed and cleaned with dignity and respect. My mother was encouraged to eat and drink when required and assisted when she doing it a struggle. On the final few days, the carers communicated with us on several occasions and gave notice of when they felt we should come and say goodbyes. Like we said thank you is not enough for the team that cared for my mother and we will forever be grateful that when she passed there was someone with her who cared so much for her.
Absolutely lovely ladies that cared for my mother-in-law and made us feel very comfortable and safe. Knowing she was being cared for if we were out at work. Very dignified at the very end and extremely respectful. Also during lockdown, while we were caring at home it was lovely to get a call on a few occasions checking we were okay.
It was lovely to look after your mother-in-law. She was adorable and the family all of them made it very easy for the staff to provide dignified care.
Massive thank you to you all.
Your staff are amazing. I'm a young woman who has found the transition to carers difficult but your staff are so helpful, they've made it very easy for me. Nothing is too much bother. I'm so happy with them all. They're so friendly.
The carers were well-groomed, well-spoken, respectful and non-intrusive. They were polite at all times and exemplary in their behavior. This was my first experience of having carers and any trepidation I might have harboured was lost on the first day.
The end of life care my wife received from Fairview was nothing short of being totally excellent. All of the carers were extremely kind, gentle and efficient. They always smiled and engaged in conversation with both my wife and me. I could not have wished for anything better. You were wonderful. Thank you so much.
We were extremely hesitant about having carers for my father. But after a couple of days we couldn't believe the support and guidance they provided, which was invaluable. They treated my dad with such respect. When my father passed the carers even came to see us to support us as a family. Considering we weren't keen on having carers, I really would highly recommend.
My experience has been better than I expected. My daughter has been treated with great care and dignity and talk to her while doing personal care.
Carers were professional and very caring and thorough.
They turned up on time most of the time and when they were late, they let me know.
They cared very well for my mum and kept bathroom and bedroom clean and tidy.
