Integrity Care and Support is a great company. They are helpful and supportive, everyone is friendly and the staff who support me are meeting my needs and they match my preferred communication style.
The carers are okay they let us know when they are running a bit late which is good in case we have to make other plans.
I had a good time today, listening to music on the laptop and listening to all my favourite singers. Also I was with one carer in particular, last time I was in the park and I had a £5 meal deal from a fast food restaurant. Also yesterday I went to Equal People with one carer in particular and I coloured a beautiful butterfly picture at Equal People and I had a good time there. We went back home and we listened to my music.
I’ve been using this agency for over 3 years now. I get 3 sessions a week & I can say that in all that time I’ve never had any concerns regarding my son’s safety or wellbeing. In fact, the changes in my son’s confidence & communication skills have amazed all professionals involved in his care. I truly believe this is down to the standard of carers provided by this agency. When we first started he could only tolerate one carer & it would take an awful lot for him to deviate from that but very quickly he was able to trust that whoever was sent was going to be as kind & understanding as the last. This allowed him to feel safe & provide support that allowed him to access the community in a very mainstream manner. This has been invaluable to him & to me as a parent. This agency is the first in 20 years that’s allowed me true respite as I don’t need to worry about my son at all while he’s with the support workers. I couldn’t recommend this agency highly enough.
I have been using Integrity Care for many years, and have been very impressed by the support provided for my son. The founder & director has gone to great lengths to manage a complicated and demanding situation. He and his team have done an excellent job pairing suitable support workers my son. The level of support is terrific and occasionally fantastic.
My son looks forward to going to the gym with the support worker on Wednesdays and going to the office on Thursdays with the support worker. They support him very well with all his needs. The support he gets from Integrity Care is fantastic and it's something he definitely needs.
Very pleased with the service but support workers could use their imagination a little more, do they not plan where to take the clients from day to day?
