But one carer in particular who makes my mum’s care visits so special. The carer is happy and jolly and treats Mum like one of the family. When the paramedics visited my mum recently after a fall, the carer couldn’t be more helpful. One paramedic said, “You don’t often find carers as good as she is, she treats your mum like one of the family, a very special person”.

We promised my mother to keep her at home. Along came the team. We couldn't have managed without these angels. They were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They in my mother's last days helped and brought a smile to all our faces in this deeply upsetting time. I can not rate them enough. We have had experience of others, not good. If you want the best get these guys in.
After hearing some horror stories from some of my friends about certain care providers I was very anxious and not looking forward to the visits. However I can't praise them enough. The carers that work for Myrtle Care Providers are so caring and obliging that nothing is too much trouble for them. They are the ultimate professionals that everything is done to perfection. They are such a friendly bunch that I look forward to their visits. Thank you all for your help.

My mum had had two diabolical care companies before changing to the team at Myrtle Care Providers, and when they took over I was so stressed out with how useless the last carers had been, that I thought I would never feel any different. But I cannot express enough that this team has such a calming effect, it's unbelievable. There was no rushing in to get my mum washed, fed and out the door, they spent time, proper quality time.
I found the stress fell away from me, I knew my mum was being looked after properly.

Wonderful! my mother and father both had dementia and it was at times very challenging, Myrtle carers were excellent. The carer has a warm and caring heart like all the other ladies that in a short time looked after them. They were my top choice and were professional in all ways thinking of the best way to help and support not only them but the family .. excellent.

We have found Myrtle Care employees to be very caring, conscientious, reliable, excellent timekeepers and trustworthy. They treat my mum as I do and advise and help with anything that will make my mum's life easier. They treat Mum as if she were part of their own family and make her feel as though she has friends coming round not impersonal carers. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I didn't think there were any companies like this. They are amazing compassionate carers. We thoroughly recommend them.
