Myrtle Care Services provides exceptional care with compassionate staff who go above and beyond to meet the needs of my mum. Their dedication to individualised care and attention to detail sets them apart in the industry.
But one carer in particular who makes my mum’s care visits so special. The carer is happy and jolly and treats Mum like one of the family. When the paramedics visited my mum recently after a fall, the carer couldn’t be more helpful. One paramedic said, “You don’t often find carers as good as she is, she treats your mum like one of the family, a very special person”.

After hearing some horror stories from some of my friends about certain care providers I was very anxious and not looking forward to the visits. However I can't praise them enough. The carers that work for Myrtle Care Providers are so caring and obliging that nothing is too much trouble for them....

The carers that work for Myrtle Care Providers are so caring and obliging that nothing is too much trouble for them. They are the ultimate professionals that everything is done to perfection. They are such a friendly bunch that I look forward to their visits. Thank you all for your help.

I cannot thank the team for what they did for my mum. They made her last few months peaceful, calm, funny and caring.
My mum had had two diabolical care companies before changing to the team at Myrtle Care Providers, and when they took over I was so stressed out with how useless the last carers...
I cannot thank the team for what they did for my mum. They made her last few months peaceful, calm, funny and caring.
My mum had had two diabolical care companies before changing to the team at Myrtle Care Providers, and when they took over I was so stressed out with how useless the last carers had been, that I thought I would never feel any different. But I cannot express enough that this team has such a calming effect, it's unbelievable. There was no rushing in to get my mum washed, fed and out the door, they spent time, proper quality time.
I found the stress fell away from me, I knew my mum was being looked after properly.

My Mum is 98-years-old and since having Covid-19 in April is now unable to fend for herself at all. Before Myrtle Care Providers and their lovely ladies, my mum was very stressed with different carers coming in at irregular times and not knowing how she needed thing done. She was having panic...
My Mum is 98-years-old and since having Covid-19 in April is now unable to fend for herself at all. Before Myrtle Care Providers and their lovely ladies, my mum was very stressed with different carers coming in at irregular times and not knowing how she needed thing done. She was having panic attacks and calling us in the middle of the night crying. We were constantly disappointed and very distressed ourselves as none of the other companies we had used before were very efficient or caring.
We have found Myrtle Care employees to be very caring, conscientious, reliable, excellent timekeepers and trustworthy. They treat my mum as I do and advise and help with anything that will make my mum's life easier. They treat Mum as if she were part of their own family and make her feel as though she has friends coming round not impersonal carers. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I didn't think there were any companies like this. They are amazing compassionate carers. We thoroughly recommend them.
