Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

My mum has been with Routes Healthcare since April 2023. Routes now do feeding and all medications for my mum. I just wanted to highlight the great experience that I have had since this has been done over a week ago.
The carers are and have always been seen ,respected and treated as an extension to
our family. This results in the best care from April 2023 to present.. and every carer, be it 1 visit call or regular..have all delivered the highest standard of care, with both of our needs respected, that care given with her dignity upheld, privacy, gentleness, kindness, confidentiality, active listening, using visual communication skills to understand my mum who is non verbal and end of life. Respect of her cultural needs always maintained . Feeding mum via a unique, bespoke syringe is something every carer has done perfectly. Thank you.
She even has her own bed hair salon and hair styles that are signatures of each carers.
I highly recommend Routes for all your loved ones care needs.
