Care and support was very good most of the time, and on the odd occasion when something needed addressing this was quickly remedied by a telephone call to the office.
Maintaining dignity (keeping client at least half covered during personal care) needs addressing!
All in all I would recommend Routes care agency.I
Routes have provided my mum with excellent care from February 2025. All the carers our friendly and have made my mum as comfortable as possible I would recommend going with Routes if you are looking for care for a family member
My carer really looks after me, she does my shopping and helps me do my shopping list or tells me what I'm running low on. She does my domestic cleaning as I'm unable to. My washing gets done weekly.
