Overall Experience
Setting up care for my dad was easy and the manager I spoke to Blessing is very helpful. The carers are prompt and I think help my dad but sometimes he doesn't want help the way it's needed and I'm not sure the carers are firm enough to make sure he washes properly or doesn't take all this meals out of the fridge. But other ways they are good by making sure he taking his meds once a day.
