Since day one, when care started, I have nothing to say except good things about the staff through care given and the politeness of all staff. I actually feel that when we talk to staff, they listen to what we tell them, and that sets our minds at ease with their responses to us, and at the moment, I have nothing but praise for them.

The carers have been very good, very respectful, and very professional in handling my dad.

Excellent carers dealing with my father's complex needs. treated with upmost respect and dignity and working with family. Priyank was great and looked after my father well. Great communication skills.

The carer is very professional and well-trained. We are happy the way she does her work professionally and she has a smile in my husband's face. She makes sure everything is well and coordinates with me as well. Personally recommend to the people who need care.

The carers are punctual. They know my mother's needs well. They also respect our wishes with regard to my mum's care. The carers engage with my mum. Most importantly, they inform me of any changes in my mother, such as sores, swollen hand etc. They respect and treat my mum with dignity, care and respect her dignity. Overall, I am happy with the care my mother is receiving.

All the carers who look after my husband were unfailingly cheerful, polite, and caring. They made him feel better when feeling low and chatted to him about subjects they knew interested him. i.e., football with the main carer.

RMH has provided a very professional service, flexible, communicative and friendly. I would recommend this service to others.

New to care and the process has been seamless. I have 2 regular carers who quickly familiarised themselves with my needs. So far so good. I am very pleased with the care I am receiving from very respectful and polite carers.

I have been given help from RMH Care now for a year, and I can honestly say I have been treated with great care and kindness and been given practical help at all times. Thank you.

Service has been easy to use. I would prefer to have some flexibility on the time the carer comes according to my needs on the day.

The carers that have visited me have been outstanding and have been outstanding and have treated me with compassion and dignity. Overall I am very happy with the care I have received. The only thing I would suggest is if there is a change with my carer that it would be very useful if I could be notified in advance. But my carers are excellent.

We have been using RMH Care for the past 18 months and have valued their support during their time. This is for continuing support for my husband following several falls and and fractures. This has been followed by walking and exercises which have been prescribed by a physiotherapist. My husband has progressed well with this continued care. The carer who visits my husband is absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, patience and genuine care are evident in everything she does. Knowing he is in such capable and caring hands gives ,e great peace of mind.

We are very grateful for this care he received towards the end of his life. Thank you.

Have found the carers to be really great help to my mother and family. Both lovely ladies, very personable Navneet has explained always whatever needs to be done and takes on board anything we ask. Khushboo also a great help. Both really caring and we are grateful for their help and professionalism.

The carers have been amazing. They care for my father with respect, compassion and care. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism. They come on time and go above and beyond. Please thank them for everything they are doing.

They meticulously follow the care plan and leave the house very tidy as agreed. Thank you ladies!
