The owner and care staff were amazing. Professional and caring at all times. Although a younger person, I had a new hip and the use of two carers who helped me in the home. Would I recommend this care company? Absolutely.

After my Dad was rushed into hospital, it became apparent that he had been looking after my mum full time and that she was suffering from Dementia. The GP came out to assess her, followed by nurses from the crisis team. The next day the carer arrived. This carer was amazing. She looked after my mum going above and beyond. Mum can be difficult, it isn't her fault it is the nature of her illness, and she just took it in her stride. Mum misses her now and described her as her new best friend. I never worried all the time that she was visiting as I knew Mum was in the best hands. The management team were great as well contacting via text by my request and keeping me up to date at all times. I cannot thank you enough. You did an amazing job.

My mother received support from A S K following an emergency visit to the hospital with back issues. She suffers from Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. The support provided was excellent. The carers arrived on time every day, completed the agreed support time, and went above and beyond to help my mother. The improvement in my mother's attitude, mood, appearance, and personal hygiene was instant and she used to look forward to the carers' arrival. They did everything requested and more and as each day went by we could see my mother getting better and happier all the time. It was a great help for my mother, myself, and my sister. It became apparent very quickly that my mother was being well cared for and in safe hands. We had a few hiccups caused by my mother's behaviour but with good communication and the right attitude, all obstacles were overcome in a professional and caring manner. I can't fault the team at A S K for the help provided by both the carers and the management team.

We have had a great service from ASK over the last couple of years; it has been invaluable for our family. They are friendly whilst still maintaining a very professional service. Our elderly relative, who has dementia likes and trusts his care provider, and so do we. Thank you.

A very professional team who cared for my mother who had dementia. We couldn't have asked for more caring professionals. They would talk to mum and tell her what they were doing which helped her to relax and we often heard them laughing together. Their support extended to my father and family members. They made recommendations and advised us along the way. Since mum passed their support continues, every so often checking how the family are doing. I would recommend the manager and her team to family and friends anytime they were fabulous to me and my family.

We needed emergency care for my brother over a long weekend. A S K stepped in at short notice and provided an excellent service. Everybody we dealt with was very caring and very professional. After only three days there was a noticeable improvement both physically and mentally. We were very impressed. They really do put the client first.
