Overall very pleased with the quality of care my mother received over the last year. All of her carers treated her with great respect and dignity.
It was a pleasure to serve her.
Thank you and kindest regards,
Right at Home Medway.
The whole experience with Right at Home was positive from the initial phone call when I first made enquiries about setting up care for my mother through to planning the care and the delivery of the care. The branch staff were responsive, professional and personable and went over and above. Right at Home takes a very flexible approach to care delivery, making sure the care is person-centred. I was also very impressed with the care staff. All in all, I would highly recommend it.
Thank you for your kind words. We appreciate your collaborative and detailed input to ensure that Mum received exactly the care she needed. It was also lovely to have you visit our office during the assessment process, to make absolutely certain everything was right which made caring for Mum so easy. Thank you for choosing us. Kindest regards.
We've used Right at Home for six months now. I'm so happy to find reliable carers who always turn up!! My parents like these carers; that's a plus for sure. They are very efficient, friendly and caring. My father can be resistant to care; this is very well managed in a very caring manner. Queries are managed by the approachable office staff who do a great efficient job. All the carers are lovely and do a good job. The team of carers are clearly well-trained and manages emergency situations very well. How refreshing to have people who genuinely care and clearly enjoy their work!
Again, thank you!
Kindest regards.
I find all the staff very caring and understanding.
thank you for sharing your kind words in this review, and for trusting us to provide safe care for your wife.
The care and attention this company gives is excellent. All the staff are excellent and go above when asked to at short notice.
Thanks for your meaningful, and very kind words in this review, and for trusting us to provide the care that you need.
Kindest regards.
I have much experience with care providers over the last 4 years, with my sick mum's end of life last year, my frail father now and my mother-in-law with last-stage cardiovascular dementia, and have used 5 other companies, in different boroughs. From the first meeting with the manager, she delivered everything that was promised in the introduction checking my dad's needs 100% and the office team are all brilliant, caring and responsive. The care my dad is receiving from caregivers on the job, I cannot express my gratitude. I have often called in and have met with all of them, they are so caring and personable and just feel like one of the family. Right at Home work ethic and their proactive can-do approach are by far the best, I highly recommend. Thank you I don't know if I would cope without you all.
Kindest regards.
Right at Home were able to provide a care service to my father at short notice during 2022 and continue to provide an efficient and effective level of care. The individual carers are kind and helpful and management are very responsive to requests to assist in dealing with practical matters including accompanying my father to medical appointments when required.
Dear J B, thank you for trusting us to care for Dad and for your kind comments. It is our absolute pleasure to serve Dad, and we will pass on your comments to our staff. Thank you.
The team at Right at Home have been like an extended family to my mum for the two years they have provided support. The carers have always taken time to understand Mum's needs as well as the things that are important to her such as shopping and lunch and plenty of smiles and laughter. A visit has never been missed, communication has always been first class and their expertise, especially in my case with Mum's dementia, is second to none, real peace of mind. I have no hesitation with my recommendation of Right at Home.
It has been our absolute pleasure to serve Mum, who proved very popular indeed with our caregivers.
We will be sure to share your kind words with our wider team, thank you.
Right at Home Medway.
Highly recommend.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you and getting to know you.

Many thanks for your kind words. It is a pleasure to serve your husband, and we look forward to doing so for many more years to come.
Kindest regards,
Right at Home Medway.
I have nothing but praise for your service. I was finding it difficult to cope with my husband's condition but life is so much easier now that your happy, efficient ladies come to assist me. Without a moment's hesitation, I would recommend Right at Home to anyone.
Thank you for your kind words, and we are pleased to have made a positive impact. It is a pleasure to serve your husband.
Mum passed away last month and left dad with fairly advanced vascular dementia. At the time it seemed like there was no way we could keep dad at home it just seemed impossible. I needn't have worried, Right at Home made the whole process so simple. I can easily say that without them I think dad would now be in a home. I really can't recommend them enough.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are pleased to have provided the care needed at such a challenging time for your family. Thanks for trusting us to care for, and serve dad.
We have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the care package that has been put in place. The carers have all been very professional but friendly also.
It has been and continues to be a pleasure to work with you and to serve your father.
Long may it continue, and say hello to your family for me.
Right at Home Medway.
Well, what can I say? After two care companies at last I have found a care company that actually cares. From the owner to manager to office staff and of course a lovely team of carers they should feel really proud of what they do. the carers are on time, polite and friendly. They give my husband excellent care every visit every day (three times a day). this is not a care package we pay all the fees from savings!
It is a pleasure to serve your husband. He is a lovely gentleman and very popular with our CareGivers which makes it so easy to provide care for him each day.
I would also like to thank you for your kind words, they really do mean a lot to our entire team and brought smiles to our faces this morning.
Thank you for trusting us to serve your husband.
I have carers three times a week to assist with my morning routine post-stroke. I have always been treated with dignity and respect and look forward to the cheery conversations I have with the small team of carers and their encouragement for my continuing recovery. The team have been quick to respond to any additional requests for care and make sure that I am happy with the choice of care. I highly recommend the services of Right at Home.
Very good care and extremely helpful when extra care is needed, as and when. When a problem with mum occurred they helped by having a carer stay for more hours to look after her.
The carers visit twice per day and are simply lovely with mum. I have noticed such a positive change to my mum's attitude, she’s much happier and definitely benefits from the experience and professionalism of your well trained staff. There is a way that mature people should be approached with, dignity and respect. Many older people still want to hold on to their independence and find it hard to let go and take help. My mum is a recent widow and is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and finds it hard to receive help and acceptance with her condition. Gaining her trust and giving her respect is so important and the carers have done just that, they have really made such a difference and early progress in bringing my mum around to being more sociable. Your carers are superb and have been punctual and polite throughout the commencement of care taken over from mum’s initial provider.
Thank-you.
Thank you for your kind words, and for trusting us to look after mum. We understand how challenging this time is for her and are pleased to know that our staff are making a positive difference to her daily life.
Right at Home has provided care for my elderly mother for the past three years. During this time they have always been punctual and totally professional. The quality of care that they have provided has been of the highest quality. The staff are all supportive and have treated my mother as if she were one of their own. What more can I say except thank you so much for a good job well done.
It was a real pleasure and an honour to serve mum.
Kindest regards.
Prior to the commencement of care from Right at Home, my mother, who is quite disabled, was very unwell both physically and emotionally. Unfortunately, a previous substandard care service only served to exacerbate her symptoms further and left her very despondent. As a result, she was apprehensive to engage with another care service and felt like she was 'a nuisance'. However, Right at Home put her at ease from the outset and made her feel important by ensuring that all her needs were met to a high standard. In addition, all the staff have engaged with her and on the occasions that I have been present, I have heard much conversation and laughter, which I feel is essential, particularly when you are supporting someone with their personal care needs. It has been so heartening to witness my amazing mum so happy again. In the six weeks that Right at Home have been supporting her, my mum has got her dignity back. In her own words, 'I love all the girls, and I think they like me too' Thank you for your excellent service
Thank you for trusting our services.

Meet the Team (9)
I spent most of my career working in IT, including many years as an IT Manager based in London. More recently, I held a senior management role in Frankfurt, Germany, where I was responsible for leading a global team across Frankfurt, New York, and Singapore. I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science with a 2:1 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management. While I’m not fluent, I also speak some German.
After several years of volunteering (an experience I found incredibly rewarding), I began to reflect on what I truly wanted from my career. I decided to return to the UK to be closer to my parents and support them as they grow older. That personal decision inspired me to follow my passion, retrain, and eventually start Right at Home Medway, right here in the area where I’ve spent most of my life.
When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my wife and two children, exploring new places through travel, cycling, and flying AutoGyros. I hold a PPL(G) pilot’s licence and enjoy every opportunity to take to the skies.
I spent most of my career working for Her Majesty’s Court Service, where I held several leadership roles across various Magistrates’ Courts. After having my two children, I made the decision to focus on raising my young family full-time. During that period, I volunteered with a number of organisations dedicated to child care, and also took the opportunity to retrain, completing several qualifications to become a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in some wonderful schools, including opportunities to work overseas. My transition from supporting young children in educational settings to caring for vulnerable adults in their own homes has felt very natural, as many of the skills—compassion, patience, attentiveness—are easily transferable between both roles.
Outside of work, I love travelling, both near and far, painting with watercolours, reading on a wide range of topics, and most of all, spending quality time with my family.
I was born and raised in India, where I completed my Master’s degree in Computer Science before moving to the UK after getting married. I initially began my career in IT and teaching, but transitioned to health care when my children were young.
Starting as a Care Assistant, I gradually progressed through roles including Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, and Registered Care Manager. Along the way, I’ve developed strong communication and leadership skills and gained extensive experience across a variety of care areas such as dementia care, palliative care, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, young adult care, and elderly care.
I was honoured to be shortlisted as a finalist in the Kent Care Awards 2021, which recognised my dedication and passion for the sector. I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development, having completed NVQ Levels 2 through 5 in Health and Social Care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my two wonderful boys and cherishing moments with family and friends. In my free time, I love visiting local temples for prayer, travelling, cooking, gardening, and reading poetry. I’m also proud to speak three different languages.
I was born and raised in Lambeth, South London, and later moved to Kent. I began my career as a Teaching Assistant before discovering my true calling in care during the COVID pandemic. Encouraged by others who saw my natural caring personality, I joined Right at Home as a Care Assistant and quickly realised how rewarding it was to support the older generation.
Four years on, I’ve grown from Care Assistant to Care Manager, gaining confidence and experience along the way. I now carry out care assessments, welcome new Clients, and make sure every care plan is tailored to individual needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, family time, and trying my hand at gardening - though I’m still learning which are flowers and which are weeds!
I’ve lived in the Medway towns all my life and attended The Robert Napier Secondary School before leaving at 16. After school, I pursued performing arts at college, but my passion for care led me to join the domiciliary care sector at 18.
I spent around 10 years working in a dementia care home, gaining invaluable experience supporting residents with complex needs. I then moved to a nursing home, where I cared for end-of-life clients. After eight months, I was promoted to Senior Carer on the nursing floor.
With 17 years of experience in care, I’ve completed my NVQ Levels 2 and 3, along with specialist training in end-of-life and palliative care. These qualifications, combined with hands-on experience, have helped me provide compassionate and skilled care to those who need it most.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. We love travelling together and exploring new places whenever we can.
I’ve lived in Medway since I was 13 and attended Upbury Manor Secondary School. After leaving school at 16, I began my career working for a solicitor’s office in Chatham, starting as an Office Junior and progressing to Receptionist and Secretary. After having my son, I took a part-time role at ASDA in Chatham and later supported my husband with his flooring business while also running my own cake-making venture.
I’m a proud mum to one son and two daughters. Once my children were grown, I joined Right at Home in February 2020 as a Care Assistant. I immediately loved the role and the meaningful relationships I built with clients and colleagues. I was later promoted to Senior Care Assistant and now serve as Recruitment Coordinator.
In my free time, I enjoy walks with my dog Margot, spending time with friends and family, and signing with a Sign Language Choir. I hold a Level 2 qualification in British Sign Language.
I was born in South London and have lived in Kent for most of my life. My background includes a variety of people-focused roles, from supervising teams to progressing through a Management Trainee position. I’ve always thrived in fast-paced environments where people and purpose come first.
When I discovered Right at Home Medway, their values really struck a chord with me, and joining the team felt like a natural step. I knew I wanted to be part of an organisation that truly puts people first, and I’m proud to help grow a team of Care Assistants who genuinely care.
In my role, I look after all things marketing and recruitment. From creating meaningful content across our social media pages to helping bring our local community events to life. Whether it’s sharing stories that matter or finding the perfect Care Assistant, I love making an impact.
Outside of work, I’m a big music lover and foodie. Carpool karaoke is essential on my drives, and I’m always planning the next great meal out with friends and family.
I was born and have lived in Medway for most of my life, and I’m now proudly raising my two beautiful daughters here with my husband. After studying Health and Social Care at college, I worked in retail management and hospitality, roles that helped me build strong customer service and people skills.
I joined Right at Home Medway as a Care Assistant. I quickly found that the skills I developed in previous roles were highly transferable into care, particularly when it came to communication and building trust with clients. Being pregnant at the time, the flexibility of the role allowed me to balance work and family life, which was incredibly important.
Over time, I’ve grown within the company and was proud to be promoted to In-House Trainer and become part of the Recruitment Team. I’m also involved in conducting staff supervisions and spot checks, helping to maintain high standards across our care team.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family. We enjoy going on adventures together, especially trying out new restaurants, as my husband and I are both big foodies!
I’ve lived in Medway all my life and love being part of this community. My career started in the fashion industry, where I worked as a merchandiser for the designer brand Joseph, travelling across the UK to stores like Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Harrods.
After starting my family, I wanted a role with more balance and meaning, which led me into care. I joined Right at Home Medway in 2018 and have never looked back. Over the years, I’ve worked as a Senior Care Assistant and Care Coordinator, and now I’m proud to be a Trainer. Supporting new Care Assistants, sharing my experience, and watching their confidence grow is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking my puppy Luna, reading self-development books, and going on holidays with my family. We love exploring new places and making lasting memories together.
