Our experience with Alina Home Care has been nothing but positive. The standard of care is high and all the carers providing support to my mum have been professional caring always polite and very respectful. They have helped us through difficulties and helped problem solve. The communication with the manager is excellent. Thank you all.

We needn't have worried - from the very first visit, the staff and management have been excellent. Carers are friendly and kind while also being professional. I love to hear them laughing with my husband as they lift his spirits and encourage him. I know that I can rely on them every day for the support that makes it possible to keep my husband at home with me instead of being in a care home. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for carers!

We are new to the service, but so far Alina Care has been exemplary - their communications have been clear and the carers who have been to Mum have been extremely kind and patient. They have also been able to provide care over the weekends, which no other agency was able to.

Alina Care have been so helpful and caring since the minute I got in touch with them. As I work full time it is very reassuring to have them popping in to check on my father-in-law a couple of times a day to ensure he’s ok and to help him with his meal times. He thoroughly enjoys the visits and loves seeing a friendly face and having a chat with his lovely carers. As a family, we can’t thank them enough for the support and peace of mind they give us.

A friendly, on-time and efficient care service that can be relied upon, with quality staff that ensure the comfort and well-being of the service user. Thank you for enabling carers to continue to be with their loved ones in their own home for as long as is possible.

The office staff are also helpful and always inform myself if they have any concerns which is peace of mind for myself and my brothers.

From start to finish, everyone working for Alina have been friendly and helpful, very happy with the help they have provided to my uncle and will be sure to use them again in the future if the need arises, thank you for everything.

Thoroughly impressed with the carers providing the care my mum required following her hip replacement. The girls get the right mix between professionalism and personable. They are friendly, appropriately chatty and always cheerful. My mum was reluctant to accept help because she has always been so independent but the carers have put her at ease and do everything to promote my mum in keeping her independence. Couldn't want more. The service is exceptionally busy so it took a while before we received completed care plans and we haven't received the Birding link but our phone calls and enquiries have been answered promptly and efficiently. All in all, a great experience. Thank you Alina.

From the very first call to Alina, the professionalism and care have been first-rate. A meeting to review my father's care needs was quickly set up and within a few weeks, everything was in place. He couldn't be happier with all his carers, they all make sure that he is happy with what is needed and that nothing is too much trouble, even making sure that his porridge is the way he likes it. It has been such a relief to know that he is in safe, supportive and caring hands and that he gets on so well with them all. It's never easy for someone to accept they need help but all the staff at Alina have done everything to make sure that it's been as easy as possible for my dad.

Very high-quality care. All the carers are excellent and very competent. My dad has cognitive impairment, but the carers are great at motivating him. They often get him walking and are great at promoting and supervising him. I have complete peace of mind that my dad is being well cared for while I take a break from caring.

Both mum and I could not be happier with the service provided by Alina. Every member of staff we have had contact with has been so friendly and professional. It put my mind at ease that Mum would be in good, kind hands when I can't be there, which is very reassuring. Mum loves her weekly visits and always speaks very highly of her companions as she likes to think of them. Thank you for all that you do.

Alina Homecare has been fantastic for my grandparents; their standard of living has increased dramatically. The communication from the carers has been brilliant, Im more informed and also feel less stressed knowing my grandparents are being well cared for. I cannot recommend this company enough.

All the staff have been very caring and helpful to my mother in recent weeks. They never missed a visit, which was reassuring for Mum and myself. Any problems or questions were dealt with swiftly. We would have continued with Alina Homecare had Mum not needed constant help in a care home.

We have been very pleased with the service provided, both from individual carers and office organisation and responsiveness. Ma seems to chat readily with all her carers and they look after her well. They are dramatically more efficient than the community team provided when she was first discharged from hospital.

We are really pleased with the professional and caring way my uncle is looked after. He is building a good relationship with the regular team that visit him, they are all well trained, professional and caring. They are sensitive to my uncle's needs, and provide myself and his sister, who does not live locally, peace of mind that he is receiving regular support.

Very professional - all of the Management and the Carers that come to Mum. They chat to her, ask her about her day and any concerns she may have. The change over from the community team to Alina Care was very smooth for her.

We have very good support from the company with additional and extended hours of Christmas support provided. We have had no concerns and any incidental points arising are listened to and addressed promptly, providing a flexible and quality service. We have a team of regular carers, who, themselves, vary between good - those recently trained, to very good with key workers excellent. They are a very good team and for us a very fortunate find. In practice, they are professional, person-centred, diligent, efficient, and caring. They are sensitive to my father's needs, give space and time for him as a person. The app is very helpful to us in providing daily oversight of my father's care. A quality care team!

I’ve just come to the end of using Alina Homecare Devizes after a year and I feel like I’ve lost my lifeline. They have been absolutely brilliant in helping us all cope with my mother-in-law’s dementia and nothing has been too much trouble. The level of care has honestly been exemplary. The carers have all been so kind and understanding and have truly cared. The app has made all the difference as I could keep up to date with a fast-changing situation. I have no hesitation in recommending their services. The Branch Manager and his team have been complete stars - thank you all so much.

My family have been very pleased with the care that my mother has received from Alina Homecare. All the carers have been professional, kind, and generous with their time. They have also been punctual as promised, and that reliability has proved reassuring to both my mother and myself.
