The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Alina carers provide the best possible care to my aunt and the best possible communication with me as the family member responsible for my aunt. I cannot fault their care, compassion and willingness to help in any way, which gives me, and therefore my family, the greatest confidence in their abilities
and the service they provide.

Alina have been brilliant looking after my Mum. They have really supported her on her return from hospital and have gone out of their way to look after her medication ordering and collection. She is housebound so they go and collect her prescriptions and pick up an odd pint of milk when she is getting
low between weekly deliveries. They are also very good at forwarding copies of Hospital letters to me so I know what is going on and keeping me up to date with any issues they spot with her health. I have always found their staff to be very friendly and professional and they really seem to care about my Mum's wellbeing. Their manager is always on the ball and happy to take a phone call at any time if I have any concerns. All in all, I am very happy with the help and support that they have provided both to her and to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a care provider in Devizes.

Excellent service from first contact with the Devizes office to seeing the 'live-in carer' on duty at home with my mum.
The office managers are impressive for their listening attitude, calm attention to detail, smooth arrangements made for hospital to home, and their ongoing supervision.
The carer
is a star: so attentive, caring, kind, polite, sensitive and dedicated. Her background and culture contrast to my mum's which is a true bonus because it encourages chats and deeper understanding of what we all have in common.
My mum is beginning to show signs of getting stronger after a long spell in hospital, which can only be down to the very best of care she is receiving.

We are very happy with Alina Homecare. The carers are all calm, kind and able to deal with the problems we have. My husband has severe mobility problems as well as dementia and they keep him happy and don't rush him, and seem able to deal with his frustrations with kindness and understanding.

Just a few words - but a very big thank you to all at Alina for helping. My friend has not had any care at home before - so, was very nervous about the whole idea, but from the very start he was put at his ease. First with a visit from the assessor, obviously used to putting people with Dementia at
ease, she explained the whole procedure with great care and just the right amount of detail so he easily understood what would happen, she kindly reassured him and treated him and his questions so respectfully. Then the lovely ladies who have helped with the shower etc I wish I could name each one, but computer says no! Each one so prompt, polite and extremely professional - but with a lovely smile, a friendly way with them, a joke or two as they go about their work, they have left the bed made, the bathroom clean and clear and my friend in a very much better, happier frame of mind (never mind as fresh as a daisy) than when they arrive. Your staff are a credit to you and your thorough training.

Good when two regular carers do all week - knowledge of needs very important to me. Helps when weekends are carers who have been before and arrive 10.00-10.30am. The two regulars that I have are very good, know my likes and dislikes and personal needs.

I would like to say I am very happy with the care I receive. I have carers four times a day. I have always found them, without exception, to be compassionate, courteous and very patient.

After a short spell in hospital, and then 3 weeks in bed upstairs recovering from shingles, I was very weak. The carers from Alina motivated and enabled me to return to normal living and my daily routine. They have assisted me with daily personal care for over 7 weeks. On their first visit, I felt able
to tackle the stairs after weeks in bed. They have allowed me to regain much of my independence. The carers are much more than just carers, they have become good friends. I look forward to their visit each day. Thank you for all the care and help you have given me.

I have a sister who is 20 years older than me with Dementia and I originally used the previous care provider who was taken over by Alina last year, retaining many of the staff.


I can only say that I have been more than impressed by the level of care from Alina. They are attentive, watchful and their

level of communication surpasses all expectations. They keep me well informed and I'm always able to contact someone with any concerns or queries I might have.


My sister really looks forward to their visits and both I and my family are greatly relieved and grateful for their ongoing attentiveness of service.
