Very supportive, caring and understanding. The care staff are very friendly and kind. My grandmother is very happy, and always looking forward to her care staff visiting. Highly recommend Quality Care Time for your loved ones!

My grandma isn't as mobile as she used to be. It really takes the pressure off of me, knowing that someone is taking care of her while I'm out. The agency has been great and very flexible, while she was in and out of the hospital. No trouble in changing her care plan when she needed more help.

After using several other care companies and finding the standards not meeting our expectations, we decided to try Quality Care Time. I can say the staff were professional but friendly from the moment contact was made. They made you feel like your family member were their family member, and this showed
in the care being delivered. Nothing was too much effort for them, and they continually keep us informed on how our family member was doing whilst in their care. They were everything we were looking for... professional, caring, compassionate and reliable. I would highly recommend this company.

The support for my grandad was mostly companionship requirements. The carers who supported him during the lockdown, went above and beyond to ensure he stayed connected to loved ones. Ensuring he had video calls set up and working and supporting him and his friends to learn zoom. No task was too much,
which was very reassuring this year. Would fully recommend!
