Following this assessment, we will design a personalised care plan and agree on a fee structure that works within your budget.


Care can usually begin within 3 working days after the assessment.


Our hourly rates typically range from £20 – £35 per hour, depending on the complexity of care and support required.


We are able to offer flat-rate options for both weekdays and weekends in some cases.

The cate staff at Curagate Oxford are kind and respectful towards my father. They deliver his carers needs in a dignified manner.
We have a good relationship with the back office staff also who keep us well informed.

I get very good care and am well looked after with most of the carers. New people that come need to be shadowed more with more training. My experience is most of the people that come to me are amazing at there job and care is very good.

Curagate looked after my Mother for about 15 months before she died very peacefully at home. My Mother had complex medical conditions and required double handed care 3 times a day. She had regular carers who were very kind and gentle with her also befriending and supporting my Father. This was a great
help to my brother , sister and I as we all live at least 2 hours drive away. I particularly liked being able to access the client portal to keep up to date with her carers notes and to advise my Father about which carers were due on any particular day.

Curagate have been very good and are very helpful with Eddie, they are polite and caring towards Eddie and I'm very happy with the care they take with him. If there is any problems they tell me straight away or need anthing.

You have cared for my mother for a number of years, throughout you and the team have kept me updated on her care needs. Any problems that have arisen have been resolved as quickly and promptly as possible. During this time I have got to know the carers very well and they have always treated my mother
with dignity and respect even during very difficult times.
The out of hours service on the whole was good. We felt very supported and care for as a family by the supervisor who made regular contact to ensure everything was in place and mum received the best of care. They helped bridge gaps when we need additional support and advice eg community health workers, OT's, social care and doctors.

Dad came to get to know a few of his carers and liked them. He didn't like it when a different carer came as they took a while to get to know his needs. He was a difficult man to please but the carers I met were always pleasant. In the early days timing for the visits were erratic but this settled down
and visits were punctual. Thank you for helping my father it's a tough job and I couldn't have done it

My uncle had very complex needs and was totally reliant on his carers. They were professional at all times and were the sole reason he was able to stay in his own home until his passing. Their communication with us as his family was outstanding and very much appreciated given that we live 250 miles
away. I have no hesitation in recommending this company who genuinely care for their clients. Thank you for everything.

I have been surprised by how many helpers you have got and have now (a fair three months or so). Very grateful to one in particular who comes regularly and I like her. The success of the service is because the staff all seem to be inspired by the same thing - the care of the patient. I do not like the
hours I have been given - 9:45am and 8:30pm - but I am used to them now and the staff are usually on time. The staff are caring and efficient and I have no criticism to make.
