Very satisfied with the service. The only problem is the timing of visits which we understand is difficult to manage due to delays from public transport and delays at the previous client (s).

We started Oaktree Homecare Services from January 2022. In the beginning, we faced many problems. No carer came in on Sunday mornings until, or unless, we had to call their office to send carers. And we requested for 4 visits, but the carers came sometimes 2 or 3 times a day (especially on Sunday).
Timing is another issue. Carers didn't follow any specific time. They came in anytime in the morning or day (some days carer came in at 6 am and sometimes 11 am or after 12 noon on Sundays) for morning visits. Initially, a new carer came in every other day who knew nothing about the client's history or requirements. But now their management is providing overall good service but the carers' timing issue is still not resolved (especially in the mornings).

Excellent service provided. The organisation is easily contacted. They give prompt response to our needs and when it comes to changes of schedules, they try their best to accommodate our needs.
The carer is nice and friendly. She is caring to my son and willing to learn. We have very good communication
and relationship with each other.
Thanks so much for the support the carer has given to my family. I have confidence in her and my son would be well cared for under her care.

Ridiculously poor service, continuously left my father in tears. Do not wait, do not do their job properly, at times do not even turn up, rude, do not wear masks during Covid, the list is endless. I discussed this with their manager - nothing was done to improve. Extremely disappointed. I will take
this up with the Council.

You raised the concerns you had with me today 22/06/2022 @ 10:51am for the first time. I apologised for the carer's behaviour and told you to leave it with me and I will get back to you. On the same note whilst making the complaint, you compliment one of the carer that was with your dad today. I am sorry to hear your experience with Oaktree Homecare Services has not been the best so far but you have just raised a complaint with me today 22/06/2022 and have not given me a chance to respond and get back to you. We have a monitoring system and based on the system log in, the carers have attended all visits. You also explained to me that the carers are very well experienced. I am surprised to read such a review on the same day you have made the complaint, without giving me the chance to respond and deal with it.
