We wanted to share with you all the gratitude we feel for everything you all did for us and our mum during her final days. We know that mum formed a bond with each and every one of you in the short time you supported her and us. Despite some difficult moments (particularly at night), I know that she
appreciated everything you did for her. Even just the comfort of holding her hand. As for myself and my sisters, you became more than carers, you became friends that we welcomed into our lives at the darkest time. You smiled with us, cried with us and chatted nonsense with us at all hours of the day and night. Your time, support and comfort will be forever appreciated by us and our family.

Excellent service provided, in particular, my carer. Consistent, polite, hard-working and understanding. Also, the home care provider keeps contact minimal, so you don’t feel like you are being pestered all the time. Changes needed and issues are often received and acknowledged in a professional manner
and mostly dealt with accordingly. I feel like my opinion and needs are listened to and valued, which is important to me as a service user. No concerns.

My father was referred to TLTP care at the beginning of the month. I was reluctant for the care but the fabulous coordinators reassured me that they cared and would ensure my dad was loved and looked after well. Staff checked in frequently - even outside working hours to ensure we were happy. As for
the carers, they are such lovely people. One was with my dad when he passed and was compassionate and kind to Dad and us and showed Dad the respect and kindness he deserved. I have to say I would 100 per cent recommend this agency and they have my eternal respect and admiration for the work they do. Thank you so much.

My carer and I both get on very well and she makes me laugh and we joke a lot. She is very friendly and she makes me laugh and I feel very relaxed with her. Keep up the good work.

Having the carer has given me peace of mind and I am happier in myself. Companionship is much appreciated as I have no family now, after losing my father, mother and sister in the last five years.

Overwhelmed with the service I received in the past and at the moment. Carers go over and above than expected, my carer gives very good advice and really cares about what happens and is pleasant to be around. I believe I had no idea people could be so kind, thoughtful and so wonderful. Huge pats on

I am happy with my current carer, he supports me to keep up to date with household tasks. He also comes with me for a nice walk. He is also there for me to talk to. I would like him to play some board games with me if possible.

Very hard to review any place, especially during Covid, but despite the huge effect Covid has had, I feel that I have been cared for sufficiently by TLTP Care, despite a couple of hiccups along the way the care has been as best as it could be.

To start with I didn’t get on with my first carer but the management team helped me to find someone better suited to me. The new carer listens to me and she will support me out in the community. She is nice to talk to and happy to help with household tasks. I would like her to support me with the garden.

We needed a night carer to look after my father after he was discharged from hospital with the expectation that he would not live for very long. He survived for ten days after his discharge and I have to say that I do not know what we would have done without the help from the carer from TLTP. They were
absolutely brilliant - punctual, polite, kind, respectful, gentle and exceptionally conscientious. I would not hesitate to recommend this service. I would also like to thank the admin service I received, which was also kind, considerate and efficient at an extremely stressful time.

I like the way TLTP careers support me in everything. They do activities with me, like singing and dancing. They take me out shopping and for a walk. They help me to look after my pet (Tinkabel).

Carers from TLTP looked after my mum after she came out of the hospital. They sat with her during the night, helping her stay comfortable. I was very impressed with the excellent care and professional service the company provided. The people I spoke to in the office were considerate and very accommodating.
The carers themselves were incredibly kind and skilled. I highly recommend this company.
