The support from Alina Homecare has been extremely good - have been using them for 3 months now and my son seems very happy. I find the app they use very useful as I can always see when staff arrive and leave and they highlight any issues which is very reassuring. He is always treated with kindness.

Alina carers have offered my father regular morning and evening care and 3-hour sessions of domiciliary care. They are on the whole reliable, caring, prompt and attentive. They've got to know my father and have established a good relationship with him, about 4 carers a week visit. They follow my father's care plan and routine well. There have only been a few problems with staff sickness and absence over the last 14 months. Overall my parents are happy with the care they receive, which has gradually increased in response to their needs over the last year.

Alina Homecare took on the support of my mother at short notice when another agency withdrew from domicile support after many years of caring for my mother. My mother is bedridden and unable to do virtually anything for herself. We were worried about such a big change for her but from the outset, Alina staff gained her confidence through their very caring approach. They have demonstrated over the last 9 months that we are right to have full confidence in them and we and my mother remain very happy with the high-quality service they provide. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Alina Homecare is an incredible team/company. Always provide the best care, respect, and dignity. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make a difference. The manager and also the care coordinator work around the clock to make sure staff are up to date and fully trained, keep us family members up to date with everything that is going on, they are also hands-on and always out in the community making sure the standard of care is 110%; both are incredible members of Alina as is each staff member. Myself and my family are always so pleased that our family members are safe, happy and always smiling when a team member visits. Highly recommend.

Friendly, adaptable providing very good carers throughout. Always answered queries quickly and followed up changes in our needs quickly. The carers were always cheerful and treated our mother with considerable care and always respect and dignity. We were so grateful for the help they provided and would recommend them highly. Our 24-hour live-in carer is a wonderfully experienced, kind, and compassionate person, and having her there has enabled our friend to return home from hospital which was imperative for her - thank you.

We were looking for a Care Agency to supply extra support for my Mother in Law who insisted she stay in her own flat and that she could arrange her own care when she was ready. My first impressions of Alina Care are all very positive. The Care Coordinator was extremely proactive and we soon decided that Alina was the agency for us. The carers were not always made welcome by my Mother in Law but with perseverance, they are winning her over and she only this afternoon praised them to her son. She’s not always an easy person to deal with but already we’re seeing an improvement in the tidiness of her flat and her well being. Just having someone to come in every few days and sit and have a chat is making her life happier and that is all we want.

Alina Homecare is absolutely brilliant. The office staff are a pleasure to work with, as well as being flexible and supportive. The carers are unfailingly cheerful and enthusiastic, and really interesting company for my husband whose dementia now otherwise makes conversation difficult. Everyone who has come has been very professional and extremely kind. I would give them six stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Alina is very friendly and approachable with great communication. They really care about my mother, even though she can be difficult, they don't give up and strive to accommodate her needs. From time to time my mother has needed emergency treatment meaning their booked times needed to be changed with little notice. They never complain and quickly re-organise visits to suit the revised needs.

Exceeded all my expectations, after months of caring for my Mum's ever-changing diminishing condition full time, my own family, work and coronavirus; I engaged the help of Alina Homecare. The best thing I could have done, now I have peace of mind that all of my Mum's needs are met, the staff go above and beyond their call of duty. Every single member of staff has been absolutely fantastic, so professional, kind and caring. My Mum after being reluctant to accept help initially is now enjoying every day.

My father receives great support, enabling him to get out and complete the activities he enjoys. His carers have taken time to get to know him and have adapted their approach to his particular needs. Communication with the family has been good and it's reassuring to know that he is receiving the support we planned.

Living remotely from my parents it was imperative to find a care agency that was perfect for my parents. After much research, my brother and I chose Alina Homecare. The manager and her team have been absolutely fantastic and better than I could have ever imagined. The kindness and care that they show both of my parents who can be difficult at the best of times is heartwarming. Nothing is too much trouble. They do everything I would expect and always go the extra mile. Taking my mum to the dentist, hairdresser and to the supermarket to do their weekly shop. When I visited my parents before I hired Alina, I was horrified by how they were living and frankly very sad and feeling guilty about living 130 miles away. What a difference a year makes. The house is clean, the beds are regularly changed, the fridge is clean and full of edible food. I could go on. I am regularly contacted by the manager and given updates about how they are getting on. 5 stars from me.

From the beginning, the staff at Alina have been most painstaking to ensure our mother has had exactly the care and attention she needs and mums health and demeanour has been improved no end as a result. We are delighted with the services provided and hope they can continue as long as she requires.

Mum was looked after extremely well by her carer. She was never late and always friendly. I felt secure knowing that Mum has someone friendly to be with. The carer was never fazed.

The overall standard of care for my mother has been very good. I am always notified of any problems and the care staff are respectful and caring. Occasionally when a problem has arisen, this has been promptly sorted by our co-ordinator. Our co-ordinator has also offered sound advice and solutions to problems on several occasions.

The staff are very intelligent and professional both the management and carers. The price is satisfactory (although homecare is expensive per se)
