We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.

The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.

Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.

We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

We were looking for a Care Agency to supply extra support for my Mother in Law who insisted she stay in her own flat and that she could arrange her own care when she was ready. My first impressions of Alina Care are all very positive. The Care Coordinator was extremely proactive and we soon decided that Alina was the agency for us. The carers were not always made welcome by my Mother in Law but with perseverance, they are winning her over and she only this afternoon praised them to her son. She’s not always an easy person to deal with but already we’re seeing an improvement in the tidiness of her flat and her well being. Just having someone to come in every few days and sit and have a chat is making her life happier and that is all we want.

Overall Experience

Alina Homecare is absolutely brilliant. The office staff are a pleasure to work with, as well as being flexible and supportive. The carers are unfailingly cheerful and enthusiastic, and really interesting company for my husband whose dementia now otherwise makes conversation difficult. Everyone who has come has been very professional and extremely kind. I would give them six stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Overall Experience

Alina is very friendly and approachable with great communication. They really care about my mother, even though she can be difficult, they don't give up and strive to accommodate her needs. From time to time my mother has needed emergency treatment meaning their booked times needed to be changed with little notice. They never complain and quickly re-organise visits to suit the revised needs.

Overall Experience

Exceeded all my expectations, after months of caring for my Mum's ever-changing diminishing condition full time, my own family, work and coronavirus; I engaged the help of Alina Homecare. The best thing I could have done, now I have peace of mind that all of my Mum's needs are met, the staff go above and beyond their call of duty. Every single member of staff has been absolutely fantastic, so professional, kind and caring. My Mum after being reluctant to accept help initially is now enjoying every day.

My father receives great support, enabling him to get out and complete the activities he enjoys. His carers have taken time to get to know him and have adapted their approach to his particular needs. Overall Experience

Living remotely from my parents it was imperative to find a care agency that was perfect for my parents. After much research, my brother and I chose Alina Homecare. The manager and her team have been absolutely fantastic and better than I could have ever imagined. The kindness and care that they show both of my parents who can be difficult at the best of times is heartwarming. Nothing is too much trouble. They do everything I would expect and always go the extra mile. Taking my mum to the dentist, hairdresser and to the supermarket to do their weekly shop. When I visited my parents before I hired Alina, I was horrified by how they were living and frankly very sad and feeling guilty about living 130 miles away. What a difference a year makes. The house is clean, the beds are regularly changed, the fridge is clean and full of edible food. I could go on. I am regularly contacted by the manager and given updates about how they are getting on. 5 stars from me.

From the beginning, the staff at Alina have been most painstaking to ensure our mother has had exactly the care and attention she needs and mums health and demeanour has been improved no end as a result. Overall Experience

The overall standard of care for my mother has been very good. I am always notified of any problems and the care staff are respectful and caring. Occasionally when a problem has arisen, this has been promptly sorted by our co-ordinator. Our co-ordinator has also offered sound advice and solutions to problems on several occasions.
