We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.
The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

I have found the management and especially the carers to be excellent. I can’t really say if it’s value for money as I don’t have anything to compare it with but we are getting excellent service and the carers are great.

Although initially I was unsure, Alina have proven to be very supportive and provided generally excellent care.
Where I have been unhappy with a carer they have replaced them immediately.
I would recommend Alina to anyone with caring needs.

We needed to book a live-in carer for my aunty - after looking through the local agencies and checking all the CQC reports I contacted Alina Homecare, and the manager was absolutely amazing and not only was she able to give me all the information I needed she was also friendly and reassuring - she went
over and above and due to her manner, I was pulled to book Alina Homecare over any others that I had phoned.
The carer commenced and after a little shaky start was amazing and would do anything asked of her always with a smile - including drinks for visitors.
My recommendation though would be to have clear expectations of support needed and what is ‘paid for’ through initial discussions and then ongoing discussions with carer and their line managers as at times this could be a little blurred and both my aunty and the carer could be left frustrated
I know this can be hard when this is a first-time booking but ongoing reviews and talking is important to ensure needs are met and fair.
Highly recommend Alina Homecare.

Alinacare has been vital in keeping me in touch with an emergency crisis with my sister-in-law who was taken to hospital on Dec 27th 2023 and remains there to date.
The manager has shown such kindness and care for her, far above the normal call of duty, and my sister-in-law has always spoken highly
of the lovely girls who have helped her in her flat over the past few years. My hope is that a new extended care plan can be arranged when she is discharged from hospital

Extremely impressed with Alina Homecare Bristol North. I was looking for a company to cover the daily breaks that live-in carers have, Alina came to the rescue at very short notice and were the only company who were able to cover all the days I was looking for. Mum has been assigned a very small team
of lovely carers and I can tell that she enjoys their visits. The visit reports are very detailed and are really useful. Everyone is friendly, approachable and professional, any requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. It's a huge relief to know that Mum is receiving first class care. I cannot praise them highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you!

The manager and her incredible team looked after my parents for a number of years before they sadly passed away within two years of each other.


The care and compassion they both received was second to none. I live in London and work full time and I was only able to visit my parents every few weeks.


I was given very regular updates both by phone and email to let me know how they were doing.


I truly believe that the team went over and above their duties and it made me feel very happy that they were so well cared for.


I would happily recommend them to anyone who needed care for their elderly relatives.


When both of my parents passed. The girls came to say goodbye on their final journey and it warmed my heart.


A truly wonderful team of staff.

Alina has been caring for my mum for about a month now. I know that the demand for carers exceeds the supply right now, but there has never been a problem accommodating changes in her regular schedule or arranging additional visits when needed, even at fairly short notice. They mostly assign my mum
the same carers, allowing her to build up a relationship with them.

Everything is going smoothly since we increased the hours of your employee.

Alina's all-round service continues to be excellent. We have been using them for a year now, and they have been extremely good in all areas, especially recently given the changing needs of my mother.
They remain excellent in terms of quality care and backup. Spend a lot of time ensuring that the relationship
between my mother and carer is strong and are very good listeners. Their flexibility has been a particular stand out recently as my mother's needs have been changing frequently, and because they take a strong interest in her, they are able not only to provide the care she needs but also advice on the best solution for my mothers needs in the near to medium term. Their app, which reports on all aspects of every carer visit, provides not only information on how the patient is doing but also special requirements to help improve the quality of life for the patient.
Put simply, without Alina, Mum would not be enjoying the high quality of life she has now.
Great job to all the team.

Mum was initially reluctant to have visits but now realised how useful they are and enjoys them. The team have been fantastic as we, the family, navigate this new part of our lives. They have been extremely adaptable and flexible as we have to change and respond to Mum’s evolving needs. We find the
detailed updates on the app as to what has happened during the visit very useful as it allows us to follow up on issues raised either as the family or updating the team at Alina. With the team at Alina, we feel we’re all doing our best to fulfil Mum’s wishes to stay at home as long as possible, whilst being safe and cared for.

Both managers and all of the carers have made a difficult time much easier. The managers have always responded quickly and efficiently to the many changes in Mum's care needs. The carers are fantastic with Mum and reading their detailed real-time notes on the app is very reassuring (and helpful). The
care, support and understanding given by all have been outstanding. They were recommended to us and I would definitely recommend them.

My father needed a live-in carer to enable him to live at home as were his wishes. I contacted Alina Homecare Bristol North who assessed him in the care home he was in, and were able to provide us with a male live-in carer as Dad requested. The carer was excellent, Dad trusted him from the start and
Dad's best interests always prevailed. We needed extra care as Dad's condition deteriorated and the manager provided this within 24 hours. We received excellent care from the team, the manager was always available and so helpful and all of the extra carers that came in were brilliant. Unfortunately Dad passed away not long after coming home but his last days were comfortable and peaceful and where he wanted to be. I cannot thank the Bristol North team enough, nothing was too much trouble and they provided an excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We only used Alina Homecare for a very short time as Mum was taken ill and went to hospital.
In the short time we used them they were excellent, did exactly what was required.
If we find ourselves in the position of Mum returning to her home I would have no hesitation to use them again. I have and
will continue to recommend Alina as I could not fault them.

Really glad we chose Alina Homecare after my mother was released from hospital after a hip operation aged over 85. Nothing prepared us for what was needed and the whole system is very disjointed and hard to navigate but Alina Homecare responded with professional courtesy and flexibility at all times,
prompt responses to queries and possibly most valued from my own remote position, excellent levels of information in addition to a much appreciated level of care that has brought her to the position today where she can respond to questions on her health with: 'good, thank you'. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Alina Homecare has been amazing. They took care of my elderly friend like she was part of their family, even dropping in from time to time when passing. The service they provided was second to none, this helped her keep complete independence, and the communication was brilliant. I really can not fault

Alina provide an attentive personal care service for my elderly mother. All the carers are kind, friendly and work hard to make sure my mother is well looked after on each visit. Daily visit times can be varied, and irregular, sometimes due to staffing changes, but which I realise can happen with any

My mum has had carers from Alina Bristol North for the past few months and they have been friendly and lovely staff. Mum is really happy with them coming into her home and although she doesn't like her loss of independence, she is happy with them caring for her. They have twice reacted quickly when
they found my mum ill and stayed with her til I got to her. The app works well too so I can see in real-time what has happened on visits.
