We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.

The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.

Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.

We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Right from the "get-go" my husband and I found your North Bristol team wonderful!
We were both in our 80s and finding living in our flat with no help increasingly challenging (Parkinsons & Lymphodema). Through Bristol North we received professional help from upwards of 10 carers at varying times of day., Some were completely new to the profession but were admirably supervised by the manager and her colleague.

We are now both resident in a Care Home but will always appreciate what Alina Home Care Provider did for us at a difficult juncture.

Alina have been very responsive to my parents' needs and provided a high level of care and supervision of that care. We have had a very personalised approach and genuine commitment to providing the best services for my parents. I feel that my parents are in very safe and professional hands.

Overall Experience

Mum who lives alone has used Alina Homecare for over a year. The carers have been extremely professional and friendly. The office staff are very quick to reply to my emails and adapt to last-minute requests all the time. Over the last few days, Mum became quite ill and before being taken to the hospital, the carers changed the usual visiting schedule and came in several times a day to check on her, calling the doctor and finally an ambulance when they felt it was needed. As Mum lives alone, Alina Homecare has given me such peace of mind. I know Mum has been well looked after. I can't thank all the staff enough. I highly recommend Alina Homecare to anyone who needs care and support.

Overall Experience

Alina Home Care North Bristol are a really great team of care providers. Their communication is excellent and they demonstrate a genuinely person-centred approach. The office team were great when we needed help and with getting care organized at a really tricky time. They came to see us and talked us through everything and they were always on hand to answer queries by phone (at all hours). The carers were calm, kind, efficient, considerate and cheery. They looked after Mum (and the cats!) so well and they supported Mum to live in her own home for as long as she could. They made a huge difference to her quality of life, allowing her to be as autonomous as possible in the face of ever-encroaching Parkinson's Disease. Thank you all.

The manager and all the team at Alina were simply outstanding. Right from the get-go, communication was always brilliant and everything was set out in clear and simple terms which was greatly appreciated as there were a lot of plates spinning in our lives at the time when we first approached them. The carers were lovely and very understanding towards my mum's needs and we always felt as if we were in safe and capable hands.

Alina's carers primarily visited mum during the daytime but after a particularly arduous stretch in the hospital, we took advantage of their 'live-in carer' service. This was brilliant and much-needed! As was typical, everything was arranged very efficiently and the carer herself was an angel. Mum sadly passed not so long ago. Whilst it still hurts to think that she is gone, I am genuinely grateful to the team at North Bristol Alina for caring so brilliantly for my mum as I am sure they made a hugely positive difference to her quality of life in her final months.

Overall Experience

This is a care company that actually CARES. The manager is excellent and goes above and beyond to support her clients and their families. The contrast between this company/branch and many of the others is stark. So many are just not interested and seem desensitised to the human element of care; the management hides behind rules and regulations. In comparison, the manager is incredibly responsive and adaptable, and her team is skilled and experienced. My dad recently died and I don't know what we'd have done without them in those last days. The support was truly remarkable. I highly recommend Alina Care Bristol North.

I am writing regarding the home care service my relative is receiving from Alina. We are all impressed with the support from everyone involved at Alina. The assessment process was arranged very quickly, was very smooth, sensitive, professional and thorough. One member of staff in particular was just so reassuring. Carers (mainly two in particular) were identified for my sister-in-law that have built a fantastic relationship and are always very thoughtful and kind. She really values their care and support. Initially she was receiving 3 visits a week. Soon after this needed to be increased to every day and then twice a day. This was all managed so well by the team and the same care workers have remained involved. The consistency of both carers and the timing of visits has been fantastic.

The manager and co-ordinator at Alina (north Bristol) were always kind and very quick to respond when required. I couldn't have asked for more from them both.
All carers who attended my dad were very very kind and had a special bond with him and he always had a good relationship with them all.

I can't praise all at Alina Homecare enough.

Alina Homecare was recommended by a friend, we had a visit from one of the carers who after a discussion she suggested a certain member of the staff and she has been very pleasant and conscientious. My wife seems very happy in her company.

Overall Experience

Alina are caring for my mum and dad and are doing a wonderful job. As a family, we have built strong relationships with the carers, co-ordinator and manager. This ensures we are all working together to provide the best care. They are the first to notice any changes and report them back to us. We love the app and find it reassuring to know how the shift is going. The carers are there and we know Mum and Dad are being looked after as individuals with their wishes listened to. Always willing to make changes and respond to our requests.

Overall Experience

The majority of the staff have formed very positive relationships with Mum and give her all the support and company she needs. Mum looks forward to their visit and it has a positive impact on her mood and wellbeing. The management team are also very flexible and offer understanding and support when changes are required. Thank you Alina. My only issue is value for money. As Mum’s care needs increase I fear we will have to look to another care supplier who are more affordable which I don’t want to have to do.

Although initially I was unsure, Alina have proven to be very supportive and provided generally excellent care.
Where I have been unhappy with a carer they have replaced them immediately.

We needed to book a live-in carer for my aunty - after looking through the local agencies and checking all the CQC reports I contacted Alina Homecare, and the manager was absolutely amazing and not only was she able to give me all the information I needed she was also friendly and reassuring - she went over and above and due to her manner, I was pulled to book Alina Homecare over any others that I had phoned.
The carer commenced and after a little shaky start was amazing and would do anything asked of her always with a smile - including drinks for visitors.
My recommendation though would be to have clear expectations of support needed and what is ‘paid for’ through initial discussions and then ongoing discussions with carer and their line managers as at times this could be a little blurred and both my aunty and the carer could be left frustrated
I know this can be hard when this is a first-time booking but ongoing reviews and talking is important to ensure needs are met and fair.

Highly recommend Alina Homecare.

Alinacare has been vital in keeping me in touch with an emergency crisis with my sister-in-law who was taken to hospital on Dec 27th 2023 and remains there to date.

The manager has shown such kindness and care for her, far above the normal call of duty, and my sister-in-law has always spoken highly of the lovely girls who have helped her in her flat over the past few years. My hope is that a new extended care plan can be arranged when she is discharged from hospital

Extremely impressed with Alina Homecare Bristol North. I was looking for a company to cover the daily breaks that live-in carers have, Alina came to the rescue at very short notice and were the only company who were able to cover all the days I was looking for. Mum has been assigned a very small team of lovely carers and I can tell that she enjoys their visits. The visit reports are very detailed and are really useful. Everyone is friendly, approachable and professional, any requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. It's a huge relief to know that Mum is receiving first class care. I cannot praise them highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you!

The manager and her incredible team looked after my parents for a number of years before they sadly passed away within two years of each other.

The care and compassion they both received was second to none. I live in London and work full time and I was only able to visit my parents every few weeks.

I was given very regular updates both by phone and email to let me know how they were doing.

I truly believe that the team went over and above their duties and it made me feel very happy that they were so well cared for.

I would happily recommend them to anyone who needed care for their elderly relatives.

When both of my parents passed. The girls came to say goodbye on their final journey and it warmed my heart.

A truly wonderful team of staff.

Alina has been caring for my mum for about a month now. I know that the demand for carers exceeds the supply right now, but there has never been a problem accommodating changes in her regular schedule or arranging additional visits when needed, even at fairly short notice. They mostly assign my mum the same carers, allowing her to build up a relationship with them.

Everything is going smoothly since we increased the hours of your employee.
Hopefully she can stay with us as we really think she is good.

Thinking of the future we are going to need extra care and at this stage we do not know if perhaps the NHS might help us out.
