We have been really impressed with their service. The team is professional, responsive, and always ensures the care needs. Communication is seamless, and I feel confident knowing they're there to support. Highly recommend their services.
We are so grateful for the care Walfinch Hampstead and Camden provide for my dad - we can't express how thankful we are. My dad, who is 88 this year, has always been very independent and active, but in recent years, house chores have become too much for him. While he's still mobile and takes care of himself, cooking has become difficult. He's also in the early stages of dementia, so having a live-in carer to keep an eye on him has been incredibly reassuring for us. We were very worried and didn't want to put him in a care home, as he's still active and enjoys seeing his friends from time to time. The live-in care that Walfinch Hampstead and Camden provides has been perfect for him, and it's the same price as a care home. Even better, he can continue living in his own home without any major disruptions, while having 24/7 support. We're so happy that he now has a companion, is looked after, and never misses his medication or NHS appointments.
Walfinch Home Care Hampstead and Camden provides wonderful support and help not only to my elderly mom but also to me and my family. We are often abroad, I am not able to visit her regularly, and that was causing lots of stress to all of us. After I found the manager and his team my mom's quality of life changed dramatically and I am not worried that she will go to bed hungry or will miss a doctor's appointment any more. I highly recommend their services and want to say a big thank you for the great job that the whole team does.
Walfinch has been providing fantastic care for two friends of mine who have no other family. Having lived together for almost 65 years, the two men - one 94 the other 98 - refused to accept that they could no longer take care of each other, yet were reluctant to consider going into a care home. After repeated falls and other increasingly worrying health issues, the end looked to be in sight. Finally, however, their deteriorating situation convinced them that the only answer was live-in care. Walfinch, under the remarkable direction of the Manager, stepped up to the plate and now provides a full 24-hour care provision that is sensitive, understanding, compassionate and dignified. The improvement in the two men's quality of life is remarkable, and they now enjoy a much happier life, as devoted to their carer as he is to them. I cannot imagine a care service as complete and committed as that provided by Walfinch, and I recommend it highly and unhesitatingly.
We are delighted to know that what we do has a positive impact to our clients and their friend's and relative's lives. This recognition gives us more reasons to provide high-end, person-centred care.
The service from Walfinch was excellent. Dad was looked after with care and attention. The carers were sensitive and kind. The live-in care was fantastic and enabled Dad to remain at home. The carers were very committed and caring in their roles. We felt assured that Dad was receiving very good care. Also, the manager was very flexible when we needed flexibility and this helped us very much. We are very grateful for the service from Walfinch Hampstead and Camden.
My father's needs changed over the period, and the carers adapted accordingly. I always felt my father's dignity was at the core of their service and they behaved with professionalism and respect. The care team were sensitive to the family's need for privacy at times with our father and were adaptable to our needs. All the carers provided had good interpersonal skills, and it was a comfort to know that my father actually enjoyed their company.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this service, and I consider ourselves lucky to have found such a caring and responsive group of carers.
I am absolutely delighted with the help that has been provided. Since having a minor stroke, I found coping with shopping and organising my life rather stressful. My carer has enabled me to manage with her help. I can highly recommend this agency's services.
Thank you Maggie for your kind words. It is a pleasure for us to assist you with day-to-day tasks and help you to enjoy a stress-free life.
They accommodated us and carers came to help assist my mum in her daily needs.
My mum was quite against having anyone come in but warmed and looked forward to seeing them every day. They were very caring.
The co-ordinator was always at the end of the phone to help with any issues I had relating to my mum's behaviour and her Alzheimer's.
I would just like to say a very big thank you to the girls who made my mum's day a little bit easier for her while she tried to stay as long as she could living independently in her own home.
Outstandingly happy with personal care help for my very elderly and infirm father. Excellent service and very thoughtful and respectful attention to his needs. My only regret is not to have arranged this superb care sooner!
I am very happy with the service we have received for my friend. Christies have been very helpful and professional. Christies provided great peace of mind knowing my friend was in good hands. Thank you.
Postoperative care following a major surgical procedure was arranged for me at extremely short notice. From the start, the entire Christie's team went out of their way to accommodate my every need and concern, at what was for me, a difficult time. The kindness and professionalism of the carer assigned to me was greatly reassuring as well as being major contributors to my prompt recovery. I felt that my dignity, self-respect and sense of well-being were maintained throughout. I recommend this agency without hesitation.
We have recently moved to Christies Care. The Manager is very professional. He visited mum at home to understand her needs and find a suitable carer for her. He also did a personal introduction to mum's new carer before the first start date. He is very responsive and communication has been great so far. We are happy that we switched agencies and the carer we have now is on time and looks after mum very well.
Thank you
